5.00The tour coordinator & drivers were friendly, easy to understand, prompt, & efficient. They worked hard to accommodate our large group despite our late booking. The chocolate factory was fun & educational with lots of samples! We came home with lots of chocolate & many flavors hard to find in the USA. It was a fun time & great experience!

2.00The factory itself was great. But entry fee for that was only 17 franc and the tour cost us several hundred. NOT worth the extra money for a car to the factory especially when the driver sent a taxi to take us back to the hotel instead of the van with water

1.00We did not book a ticket in advance of our trip and ended up paying a hefty price for one way ride and tickets. Best to buy tickets in advance and use Uber or public transportation. Also my fault for not reading correctly on the fact it was not a round trip ride. Ended up Ubering it back.

3.00The entry ticket is around ~17 CHF for adults and ride from Zurich HB was around 20 mins which should cost around ~22-24 CHF in taxi. So, in total it should be around ~60 CHF. However, I paid ~164 CHF for 2 adults and a kid (~4 yrs old) with pickup service. This overpriced service should include wifi/ac/water bottles on board with pickup vehicle, however, none were available as we ended up in a regular taxi. The driver was on time and arrived at pickup location. Ticket delivery was smooth and they were accepted at the museum without any issue.
Total rip off!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

1.00For 3 people in my tour I paid $250. I thought we were going to have some kind of experience. You are literally dropped off at the front and told to go in yourself. The tour is completely independent. You are also not given a ride back from your pick up. If I would’ve known this, I would’ve bought the tickets myself and booked a taxi to the location myself. Tickets are $17 a person and my Uber cost me $25. Total trip would have cost me $101. I’m so mad that Viator charged over double for nothing!🤬🤬🤬🤬. Do this your on your own, there is no value to booking this with Viator! They should be ashamed for charging as much as they did!
