  We had a great family outing. The service was excellent as the entire staff was very helpful in getting g us situated and comfortable for the ride. The boat was great as we had a family of 8. Great fun as you can bring on snacks and drinks on board. Definitely a great way to see Newport Harbor.

  I had friends visiting from out of state and wanted to show them a good time. The Duffy boat was the perfect outing! This being our first time, I was a bit leery but that quickly dissolved as soon as we got on the water and toured all around the harbor. We signed up for two hours and that was the right amount of time to get one full loop of the harbor. The boat only goes 5 mph but that was not a problem to sit back and relax and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend this outfit as it was substantially cheaper than another in the area.

  Upon booking, the vendor sent us clear instructions on meeting points and parking tips. The boat was clean and easy to operate. Although the boat could legally accommodate 12, in terms of convenience 10 would be max, and 8 would be comfortable. Our group of six booked a 2-hours session. That was ideal. However, the boat type varies slightly. The one we got was completely covered with a canopy. It did not have the "open deck" at the end of the boat. It is different from many pictures on the ad and review, but our group was perfectly fine with that. When I return, I will specify the type of boat I want.

  Great experience! Big Duffy with the added back seat in the sun. Great seat options for guests to enjoy. There’s a trash can on board and cup holders. Wide space for docking when you are new to duffys. Great location!! We would gladly go again. Great staff.

  Our boat was clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We looked at other rental shops, but theirs was the cheapest and most convenient. We had a great, fun time.

  The check in was seamless. Staff was very efficient and patient with answering our questions. The boat itself was clean and no issues, whatsoever. This was our first time renting and will definitely do it again next year.
