  This was our 3rd business battle field tour with private guide Ruud and it was again inspiring and educational, it remains a valuable special tour that brings goosebumps and the human at war. Next year we will definitely book again with Ruud this gripping and special battle for Arnhem, highly recommended and topper!

  I took the 2.5 hour Battle of Arnhem walking tour with David van Buggenum. As a military history enthusiast, the Battle of Arnhem was my primary reason for visiting. David did an absolutely fantastic job. His depth of expertise on the battle, the context surrounding it, and the anecdotes from those who fought in it made it a truly memorable experience. He has literally written books on the subject and you can see his passion and knowledge coming through, whether it’s discussing small unit tactics or the personalities involved in the battle. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking to learn more about battle.

  Excellent 2.5 hour walking tour covering the battle for Arnhem during Operation Market Garden. Sander is very knowledgeable about the individual unit actions within Arnhem and points out small “hidden gem” details during the tour that are not covered in most major historical accounts of the battle.

  Arnold gave us a great tour of Arnhem. He had great pictures and maps in addition to our walking tour. We learned a lot only wish the weather was a bit warmer.

  Our tour guide, Wilson, was very knowledgeable. Having already gotten some understanding of the battle of Arhnem and Operation Market Garden, we were able to gain more understanding of the events of the battle, accompanied by pictures taken at that time. We walked to some of the main locations of the battle around Arhnem. It was good to get an idea of the challenges faced by both the British and German sides in the battle.

  Interesting and thorough tour of the battle at Arnhem. Tour guide knew his history. He was engaging and explained what happened to the British airborne troopers around Arnhem.

  We went on a bike ride with a group of friends. We had Ruud's tour. It was fantastic how he told us the story of the battle of Arnhem and I can recommend it to everyone.
