1.00Extremely disappointing experience with SeaZen. We booked what was supposed to be a premium 2-hour boat ride and took a long train trip to get there, only for nobody to show up. We waited by the boat for over 45 minutes while repeatedly calling and texting the number listed on our confirmation — no answer, no response, no communication whatsoever. We completely rearranged part of our vacation for this excursion and wasted both time and transportation costs getting there. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to get a refund. If there was an emergency or cancellation, basic communication would have gone a long way. Being left stranded with zero response is their service apparently. Maybe it’s nice like the other reviews say if they decide to show up for their bookings.

5.00Guiilame was very kind and professional - no complaints at all. I loved the gentle fact and anecdote sharing. It wasn’t an overly didactic tour. I would definitely do it again and recommend it for a friend. The boat’s great too. The solar technology makes it pollution free - no noise and no fumes.

5.00I highly recommend this experience! I’ve been on many boat trips around the world, but this one was truly unique. The solar-powered boat is so quiet that you feel completely immersed in the water, it’s incredibly peaceful. Combined with the stunning surroundings, it creates a magical experience. The captain was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We had an amazing time, and if we return to this area, we will definitely do it again!

5.00Improvised rendezvous following an error on our part, the captain agreed to make us sail with his boat for 2 hours , postponing other activities to walk us. Unforgettable tour!! Captain very courteous, knowing very well his subject. Very friendly and very documented. To do at all costs!! A big thank you to the captain. Patrick Taranto

5.00What an amazing boat trip! A PEFECT DATE! Do not second think booking this trip you will love it, as we did. We were only in Nice for a day and was looking for an activity which would show us the beauty of the coast, allow us to enjoy the weather and to enjoy the peace of just being together. The harbour was easy to find by uber and Guillaume was waiting for us on arrival. Guillaume is an amazing host, very knowledgeable about the local sights and had the perfect balance of talking us through the views and allowing us to enjoy the perfect peace of being out at sea. He also allowed us to steer the boat which was an amazing experience! The boat is one of a kind, as it is solar powered. Such a gentle ride, spacious and perfect for taking in the BEAUTIFUL views! We felt completely safe and would absolutely book this trip again if when we next come to Nice. Thank you so much Guillaume, you absolutely made our trip to Nice extra special. X
