  We absolutely loved this boat tour during our time in Copenhagen. They offer three different tour options depending on how much time you'd like to spend on the water. We chose the two-hour tour, which felt like the perfect balance, not too short and not too long. While it is a bit more expensive than some of the larger boat tours, the experience is much more intimate. With a smaller group, it was easy to ask the captain questions and have meaningful conversations throughout the journey. One of the highlights was a brief stop at a historic military base, where we learned even more about Copenhagen's fascinating history. Along the way, we admired the city's stunning and unique architecture and, of course, made a stop at The Little Mermaid. Our captain, Aske, was one of the best tour guides we've ever had--friendly, entertaining, knowledgeable, and full of great energy. If you're considering a boat tour in Copenhagen, we highly recommend this one. It was an unforgettable experience, and we learned so much about the city. You won't regret it!

  

  

  

  

  

• Great if You Are Looking for Something more "Local"

  Booked this tour rather last minute and boy it did not disappoint. We were looking to do something a little more "local" and our tour guide, Nadia, did not disappoint. Instead of focusing on the usual monuments (though we DID see the backside of The Little Mermaid :)) she talked to us a lot about Copenhagen's culture, architecture, hopes/dreams/goals. She took us out to see an old fort and we were able to dock and go poke around the grounds AND inside. Super cool. Their usual "social" aspect was a little different as we were the only 3 on our tour and we are family, but we learned a lot about Nadia and she learned things about us. It was a fantastic outing. I highly recommend it.

  A friend who lives in the region recommended this tour operator. With only 10 people on the boat, we had a great opportunity to meet new people and share stories on a very pleasant trip around the major water sights of Copenhagen. Hey Captain should be your "GO TO" trp provider should you wish to do a water tour. Hey Captain was the hidden gem on our recent trip to Copenhagen.

  We were in Copenhagen for 3 days. The boat tour with Hey Captain was the highlight of our trip. Captain Chris was very knowledgeable of the area and made the activity fun and relaxing. We toured for 2 hours. I wish it would have been longer.

  Great experience and lovely staff. The tour was well organised and gave us the chance to see both the old and new Copenhagen. It was nice to be in a smaller friendlier boat rather than one of those larger impersonal tours.
