  An unforgettable experience with the guides, Raisa and Kevin, who were very attentive and cheerful, making us feel safe and confident at all times that we would reach the summit of this incredible volcano. The group was fantastic, and the mutual support created a dynamic and very pleasant atmosphere. A truly amazing adventure not to be missed! Thank you Raisa and Kevin!   Beautiful experience, even though we were not lucky with the weather, we managed to reach the crater of Pico. Justin and Raisa were excellent guides.

  We had a great time climbing Pico with Raisa! Although the weather forecast wasn’t great and the weather turned out even worse, Raisa knew how to make the best out of it, always checking in with everyone in the group, making sure no one was left behind, and pushing jsut enough that everyone felt motivated in spite of the rain and wind. Unfortunately we weren’t able to summit due to increasingly bad weather once we got to 2180m. My sister was not a happy camper ;) But I on the other hand had lots of fun. I highly recommend Raisa and if you plan to summit in spring, make sure to get your rain gear and wind breakers, the cold is no joke! Thank you Raisa! Other tips: Raisa offers a pick up, which was convenient and realiable! Just perfect. Weather: Rainclothes, gloves, windbreaker and waterproof shoes recommended when hiking in spring. Although Raisa did have spares of everything, which was awesome, it would be most comfy to have your own.

  Despite the conditions (fog, rain and wind), Hysa was very enthusiastic and full of energy. Hysa had an eye for all participants and kept a close eye on everything.

  Climbing Pico was one of most beautiful things I’ve ever done!!! At the start of the trail there’s a small angel statue and they say you should touch it for protection. We did, smiled about it, and started the hike… Raisa wasn’t just leading the way. She was there with us through all 47 trail markers, always encouraging, always positive, and somehow making even the toughest moments feel manageable. No pressure, no rush ☺️ just the right balance of motivation and calm! She was our angel !!! Reaching the summit felt unreal. But what we’ll remember the most is how we got there. Truly an experience we won’t forget thanks to Raisa!
