5.00One of the best experience that I had in Hanoi Vietnam. The host took us to local market to buy some ingredients for our cooking class. She introduced everything in details and showed us how to choose the good one. And then we come back to restaurant and started cooking there. We had Beef Pho, Bun Cha fried pork and fresh beef spring rolls. The host and the chef were so nice and enthusiastic while teaching. After meal, we also got coconut coffee and egg coffee for desserts hehe, so yummy.. You must try one!!! If u wanna find somewhere to learn cooking class, here is one of the best choices!!!

5.00We had the best time at Hong Hoai cooking class! We went to the local market before the class to pickup some ingredients for the 3 dishes we planned to cook and got some insight into the local life here in restaurant. The guide was amazing at explaining what the ingredients were and what we needed to do. We will be coming back next time we come to Ha Noi

5.00We had few day free in Hanoi. Absolutely the cooking class at Hoang restaurant was good choice. We went to local market and have so many prepared for cooking. We had Pho, chicken and pork roll. So yummy. Will do it at home.😊😊😊😊. Thank for everyone

5.00Making my day by cooking class and a tour of local market. Our chef and the host was fantastic in teaching us How to use knife skill, prepared ingredients and cooked by our family members. It was fun and memorizable experience.all of dishes was fresh and healthy foods. Thank you for giving us an amazing class. I would love to recommend this class.

5.00Hoang's cooking class was an incredible experience! The hands-on approach made learning Vietnamese cuisine so enjoyable and accessible. Hoang is an excellent instructor, explaining each step clearly and offering helpful tips along the way. The ingredients were fresh, and the dishes we made were absolutely delicious, from fragrant pho to crispy spring rolls. It was wonderful to learn not just about cooking techniques, but also the cultural significance behind the dishes. Hoang's passion for food is contagious, and I left the class feeling confident to recreate these meals at home. Highly recommend to anyone interested in authentic Vietnamese cuisine!

5.00Hoang, your cooking class was amazing! The *bún chả* was bursting with flavor, perfectly balanced between sweet and savory. The *phở* was an absolute masterpiece, with the broth rich and aromatic, bringing all the ingredients together beautifully. The spring rolls were light, crisp, and so refreshing with the dipping sauce. I could really taste the attention to detail and the love you put into each dish. Your expertise in Vietnamese cuisine shines through in every bite. I feel so fortunate to have learned from you. Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience!

5.00I spent a fun morning with my friend browsing the local fresh food market in Hanoi & then attending a cooking class in a small group of 7 . We cooked a 3 course meal & then enjoyed eating what we’d cooked .

5.00Awesome experience ! The class still continued when there was only 1 learner ! If your plans get canceled or u have time between 10am to 1pm this is the cooking experience to try.
