  What a way to continue celebrating a milestone birthday, helicopter 🚁 experience followed by a 5 course lunch at Hunters Quarters. Thank you to our pilot James for a fantastic helicopter experience and showing us many wineries from the sky. Beautiful views and being taken to our lunch venue including pick-up made the experience even more spectacular. Highly recommend booking Hunter Valley helicopters for a memorable experience 👌.   We had the best time celebrating our wedding anniversary with a High Flyer dining experience that included lunch at Esca at Bimbadgen. Our pilot Jake was highly skilled and could tell he new the area very well.

  We had the best time and could not recommend HVH enough. Our pilot was highly skilled and went out of his way to make the take off and landing sensational. We included an extra stop (wine tasting) and it was a real James Bond moment landing near the vineyards in front of the testing verandah. We selected a Friday and started at 11.30am and finished back at the airport just after 4.30pm. What a great day. Looking to create a forever memory - this is one! 11 out of 10.

  We recently celebrated our Anniversary with a "High Flyer Dining Experience" in the Hunter Valley that included a Helicopter joy-flight and lunch at The Gates Restaurant at Leogate Winery, booked using "Red Balloon" Vouchers. Being personally picked up via Helicopter at our accommodation and flown to our lunch destination via a flight over Wine Country was a thrill! After a delicious and delightful lunch (without any specific finish time) we were again picked up and returned to our starting point via Helicopter. Our Pilot, Jake, was professional and friendly. The day was a little inclement, but Jake worked around the weather conditions to ensure we were safe and had clear vistas of the below landscape. Thank you to Jake at Hunter Valley Helicopters and The Gates Restaurant - this was an amazing experience!

  The helicopter flight and lunch at Esca was exceptional with perfect weather. Jake our pilot was very professional, friendly and flexible with flight arrangements which contributed to a memorable experience. Lara our Esca staff member, was informative and provided excellent service and dedication to ensure our lunch would be enjoyed. Highly recommend the Red Balloon package for any occasion and especially for helicopter novices. Mick & Helen

  Chose to do this helicopter flight and 3 course lunch for my mother’s 70th birthday and it was amazing. Adam was our pilot. He was great to talk to and fly with. We had the best day. Very memorable.

  The helicopter flight and lunch was an incredible experience, from start to finish and far exceeded our expectations. We could not have picked a more perfect day, there was not a cloud in the sky and we could see as far as the Stockton sand dunes. Additionally, the food and service at Hunters Quarter was exceptional and we can’t wait to go back. James our pilot was fantastic, he took lots of photos for us as a keepsake and was very welcoming and informative. We could not fault this experience.

  We had a great flight. Our pilot, Adam, was knowledgeable about the area and the views were beautiful. Conrad was kind enough to take some photos and was very friendly.
