  We had an amazing experience with Cielo! I surprised my fiancé with a private sunrise balloon ride the morning before our wedding! We met our van at the pick up location, they were on time and equipment was quickly setup once we found the right launch site. We were the first ones up in the air! Our balloon captain was fantastic — he explained the process clearly, was funny, super friendly, and made the whole experience unforgettable. He even managed to land us right next to our wedding venue, which was such a special touch! They also went above and beyond by honoring our special request for sparkling cider along with the complimentary Bundt cakes — it was perfect. We highly recommend Cielo to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you for making such a special memory for us!

  The ride was amazing and I'm absolutely certain that we had the best crew in Temecula. They were a fun bunch of hard working young men. Alex was a great pilot and the "twins" were super cool.   Excellent experience! We were 4 people, private flight, from the treatment of Joe and the other two people who helped, to the experience itself, they were wonderful; Everything was extremely organized, reliable, we were supposed to have bad weather and maybe we wouldn't be able to fly, Joe was always attentive and in contact with us to let us know if that were to happen. The price was fair for what other companies charge, it is an expensive activity but for me it is worth it I RECOMMEND IT TO THE HIGHEST!

  We booked our vacation traveling from Los Angeles to San Diego which included a stop in Temecula for the wineries and balloon ride. I did not have a rental car and wanted a private hot air balloon ride for my family. Rather than trying to find an uber in a rural area at 5am, I reached out to Cielo to see if they would pick us up at our winery hotel and bring us back. They instantly agreed and we booked. It's the little things like this that set a company apart. A group of four young men picked us up at 5am and from there the experience was awesome. We witnessed a small balloon being released to gauge the wind direction and then watched as our balloon and others around were assembled. The gentlemen who came on board with us was personable and knowledgeable. The ride itself was amazing. We would highly recommend Cielo if you are looking for personal and professional service! Bucket List Item Checked Off!

  Eric and his team were professional, welcoming and entirely safety focussed. We were a party of five; three adults (one 72) and two children. Was a wonderful experience that we won’t forget.

  This company has clean, new equipment and balloons! Terrific customer service! We received prompt responses when booking and regarding our final flight details. Toby was an excellent pilot! We booked a private balloon for four. He brought us up nice and high for great views! We had wonderful conversations too! Gabe worked so hard to make sure we had an amazing experience! Mini bundts and mimosas with a champagne toast was a perfect ending after we were placed ever so softly back to the ground. We look forward to future flights with Cielo!

  We HIGHLY recommend Cielo enough! We had a private hot air balloon ride and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From Kate, who answers the phones (among other things), to the crew that supports take off and landing--everyone was so nice and approachable. In addition, our pilot Joe was so knowledgeable and experienced - he made our flight so warm and welcoming! This company is newer to Temecula but their pilots are just as experienced as any other company in the area. You meet at a winery (we got there at 5:30am), head to another winery to use the restrooms, and then head to the take off location. You get to experience watching the balloons being inflated and then climb aboard! We went in December so I would recommend dressing warm (it was 40s in the morning) and cute (for pictures)! It is well worth the early morning wake up :)

  Wow! What a beautiful adventure! Cielo balloons created a very special memory for my family reunion. Joe, our pilot, has years and years of experience so we knew we were in good hands! And Alex, the crew chief was funny and entertaining on takeoff and landing. Thank you so much! Will be back!
