Alan gave our small group an excellent tour of the Christchurch and Lyttelton area and was exceptional for the walking tour of the Godley Head National Park/WW II emplacements. He was willing to adjust the walking tour to allow us to see additional sights in the park.

We were on a cruise and decided to book our own excursion and we are so glad we did. Alan was a great communicator and made it so easy for the pick up and return to our shuttle. His local knowledge and experience is great plus the hike is beautiful and a very moderate to easy walk. We saw fantastic scenery, plenty of sheep, got some great pictures and finished with a lovely “afternoon tea”! If you’re looking for a fun afternoon book this trip to Godley Head with Alan you’ll learn some history and have a great hike

Great, informative guide that tailored the experience to his guest. Since I was the only one booked up the owners still honored the reservation. They also provided a vegan friendly lunch which was much appreciated. A fun time!

This was a great hike to see the coastline of Christchurch and wildlife. My guide Mike was well informed and knew all the good spots. Would highly recommend to all.
