• Poorly Organized and Not Worth the Money

  We had a confirmed booking and a receipt, but when we arrived our reservation had somehow disappeared. Even though the mistake was on the operator's side, we had to wait while the staff tried to solve the situation by moving a solo guest to make room for us, which was uncomfortable for everyone involved. When we were finally seated, we were placed at a table with four other people where the view was very limited, so we barely got to enjoy the sightseeing part of the cruise. We had also pre-ordered our pizzas, but they never arrived because the staff had miscounted the orders. Instead, we were given a different type of pizza than the one we had ordered, with no apology or compensation. Overall, the experience was poorly organized and far below our expectations. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and a smoother experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this tour—it simply isn't worth the money.

  Beautiful views, fantastic pizza, and an entertaining crew. We made friends with the people at our table, which was a huge bonus - we now have friends for life in Germany!

  I wanted to explore the country while enjoying a pizza, and overall the cruise was a pleasant experience. However, it would be even better if there were fewer tables onboard to allow for a more comfortable atmosphere. I made my booking through the app, but my name could not be located upon arrival. Nevertheless, the team still welcomed us warmly, which I truly appreciated. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Captain, Marc, Jesper, and Philip for their friendliness, professionalism, and warm hospitality.

  As the post from 'Stay' earlier, found it a bit peculiar that my credit card was scammed not 2 hours after getting off the boat. Lucky my bank were on to it. Shame as I was going to give them 5 stars for the experience, but can't help feeling there was a coincidence.

  Good experience The meeting point is a bit further from the red flags. Maybe some information about the city of Stockholm, but otherwise the walk is very pleasant.

  It is a boat ride that you get with a pizza dinner. All the drinks are an extra cost. We thought there would be a narration of what you were passing by, but there was nothing. The staff were very good and attentive.

  It was a lovely way to eat supper & travel the water taking in the lovely scenery. The pizzas were delicious however the on board service was lacking - only 1 of 3 types of beer/lager available, only 1 of 3 dips available… surely you stock enough for passengers. Also had a drink added to our bill that we didn’t order so I’d check your bills before paying! 😩
