  We received excellent service. The van was very comfortable and clean. Thomas, our driver was very professional and attentive to all our needs. The company was able to book us a private tour in Auschwitz which elevated the experience.

  My sister and I booked a private guided tour, as when we visited previously in a group tour we could not hear all the information clearly and it felt slightly rushed. Christopher took care of our booking and kept us updated throughout the whole process. He personally picked us up, on time, in a very smart vehicle and drove us to Auschwitz and then later to Birkenau. Christopher is full of knowledge, giving us plenty of insight along the way before introducing us to our guide. Our guide was extremely informative and we were able to see and were given much more information than our previous larger group visit. As a small group we were also able to go ahead of some of the groups (respectfully of course) and we were often in areas by ourselves. It is a very harrowing and emotional tour walking in the footsteps of so many innocent people who were tortured and murdered. Words alone cannot express how we felt. The trip was not the cheapest, however we had a full 5 star service and it was worth every penny and would definitely recommend Private Tours Krakow.

  Thomas picked us up at our hotel right on time. We had such a nice conversation going to and from Auschwitz. He was so knowledgeable and gave us lots of info before we even arrived at the camps. Tour was wonderful and moving. Would highly recommend

• Crowded and rushed

  The tour was too rushed. Not enough time to really study the place. It was extremely busy and we were rushed round without being given time to look at things properly and contemplate over what you were seeing. We hardly had time to use the toilet and no time to look at books in the shop or eat/ drink.The tour was very expensive buy the guide was very knowledgeable.

  Excellent guides and teachers of history - Teresa & Christopher knew answers to all our questions (although we didn't need to ask many as the information we were given was very thorough). It was a very well organised, emotional and educational tour and would whole heartedly recommend the private tour to everyone so they are made aware of these dark times in human history. Krakow is a beautiful city and if we had time would also have more tours.

  Christopher arranged a private tour of Auschwitz with private transfers. I want to say the tour was fantastic, which it was but obviously a very sad and grounding place to visit. our guide was so knowledgeable, answered all our questions. As a small group of 4 we skipped all the queues into each of barracks and museum. Our transfers were so much more than a lift to a destination, Thomas our driver was like a tour guide pointing out attractions/land marks etc the whole way there and back. He answered every question we had with ease. Communication whilst booking and up to the tour was amazing! Highly recommend this company

  It was very easy to book and confirm. Artur was great, was on time for all pickups, very informative and helped a large group of 14 to navigate the Auschwitz queues and get us a great guide. Was so much easier with a private tour, door to door service. I would definately book again.
