Good with the driver but not so much with the van

3.00Driver ok and on time but confort of the van not so good. Maybe because of the quality of the road but in other closed contries like Cambodia and Thailande same kind of road and our experience was much better with the confort of the van
Safe Driver. Comfortabel Van. Pick up was always on time.

5.00The van was comfortable for our party of 5. Very satisfied with our driver, Alvin. We told Alvin that we were more concerned with safety than speed. Our group felt safe with his driving. Several times on the trip, vans passed us going too fast. We appreciated Alvin respecting our request not to drive as fast as other vans. We requested that he be our driver from El Nido to Sabang Sabang. He showed up, on time, three days later for that trip. We had not made arrangements for the trip from Sabang to Pureto Princess. He took care of the arrangements, and was our driver again, as we requested. The company has an asset having Alvin as a company employee.

5.00Good communication via WhatsApp, I sent them a message after booked, and they told me that they got my message and that everything was ok. They picked up us earlier than time, thing that was good as our ferry arrived earlier than planned. The ride was good, the driver knew how to drive correctly, no aggressive, as the others... We arrived earlier than planned too. Overall, good ride and I recommend to take the shared van.
