• Lack of vendor response very unprofessional

  Unfortunately our cruise ship moved up its departure time which did not allow us sufficient time to return to our ship the day prior to the excursion. I wrote the vendor and advised them of the situation and asked if they would consider a refund in that the departure time change was out of our control. Disappointed in that the vendor never even responded to our request. We had prepaid $970 US for 6 adults.

  Today we went to lunch at the Baobat in the Palmar, we loved everything... the place always with music, attention... but you have to order the Baobat salad, a carefully thought out and extremely delicious mixture. Maria! Thank you for doing it so lovingly, thank you to all your team for welcoming us so lovingly!!!

  We throughly enjoyed this trip, however I thought that there may have been a guide on the coach to talk through where we were etc but there wasn’t which is a shame as I’m sure there’s some history to each town/village we drove through

  Very disappointing. Was supposed to be an English speaking guide, didn’t happen and when asked driver didn’t know. Driver just stopped randomly but no explanation why, Driver was on his mobile for at least 1 hr . I didn’t feel safe.

  I have asked for fulll refund as it was absolutely a joke no English guide as says and driver didn’t tell us where we were what towns we stopped at it was so without. Guide was falling asleep all driver said was you have 5 mins at one stop and 30 at another we got to the boat and he said that’s the boat an absolute joke

  Brilliant trip. We were picked up outside the cruise ship (had to ask a few bus drivers as this wasn’t clearly advertised but easy enough). The coach took us onto a car ferry across a Fjord then we drove about 1:30hrs with a few stop offs for photos. The best part was the viewing point it was stunning. We were then dropped off and told ‘your boat’ so we got on and had the best trip across the fjords which lasted AGES. It was amazing. Cold superb scenery and breathtaking. Would defo recommend. Only a driver on coach so no commentary but it is what it is. Would defo recommend this trip. Best one of our holiday.

  Incredible scenery in the fjords. No idea where we were meeting our driver off the ship but the friendly locals helped. Thought this tour had commentary but it never happened. No mind because the scenery will leave you stunned.

  9:00 minibus finally appeared at near 9:30 after several calls from second passenger booked with another firm. My efforts to follow Viator contact number via SMS were not answered. . (Previous day trip cancelled late because only one person signed up.) Not clear where to wait at bus station. Driver then claimed tour ought to have started at 8:30. Ended up rushed on minibus to make time for ferry back. Ferry packed tightly with school kids on outing. Nice scenery; unfortunate transport issues.
