  The company failed to make the pickup as agreed. When eventually we were able to make contact with someone, they advised that they didn’t have the reservation “due to a system error”. An alternative time was agreed for the tour. Again they were over 10 minutes late for this appointment. (An hour and a half wait for us in total). The guide was pleasant enough but seemed in a bit of a hurry. The tour advertised as ‘about 2 hours’ lasted a little less than 75 minutes. For the relatively high price for a personal tour, we were very disappointed in the value received. There are plenty of other providers in Krakow that will potentially offer far better value for money.

  Very pleasant city already by its cleanliness and beautiful churches. Many places where you can see the barbarity of the Nazis. The Poles are extremely nice.

  What a super way to see the city when you arrive. The driver was wonderful and so knowledgeable it was clear he loved his job. He took us to the Jewish Quarter and nothing was too much trouble for him. I asked if we could stop at the square to look at the chairs and this was fine. He even dropped us off at Schindlers Factory for our tour there. We visited churches whilst he waited outside. A great start to any trip.

  Beyond boring!!! Worse tour we have had in Europe. Fascinating subject made boring. Waste of time and money.

  What a great way to see the points of interest around Krakow. Took it from the castle and the driver guaranteed us two hours. We rode it for about 2 1/2 and our driver was very knowledgeable
