  Though a slightly chaotic start, rushing to beat the clock so the sunrise wasn't missed (pick up driver arrived 20 mins late) what a fabulous and memorable experience this was for our family of 4 adults.   It was one of the best experience of my life. We were flying highest among all the balloons wohooo! You can spot endless desert and Gazalle running although its hard to spot a gazalle but if you have good eye congrats. please note don't underestimate the weather by experiencing normal city temp. Desert is truely cold in the dawn time and air makes it more harsh, make sure to carry a heavy jacket. Best of luck.

  The takeoff was not bad but it did not manage to take the right winds to climb, on 6 balloons we were the lowest. Then he sold us a video 50€ , there is ps takeoff not landing just what he filmed. Then they take the phones to make style I send you pictures and it is to put 5 stars After the great car driver. I advise against taking the balls or it is marked dubai

  PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT BOOK! I was really excited for this experience, but was left disappointed. After booking, I tried to reach out to the operator for two days straight before my excursion and was unsuccessful. On the second day. I reached out to Viator to see if they are able to get in touch with the operator, they said they weren’t able to get in contact with the operator and I should wait 72 hours in order for them to hear back from the operator and then issue a refund. Later that day, which was four hours before our excursion, the operator reached out stating that they tried to contact us from when we booked because they needed information from us that was required before we can even submit payment. So, clearly that was a lie! He then offers 75% refund and I was not having that because you’re at fault here. This seems like a Scam because why you wanna take 25% of my money and you’re at fault. Viator then issued a full refund after 48 hrs.
