  Lilly’s travel was extremely helpful on my recent trip to Vietnam. Lilly’s coordinated an amazing trip up to to Ha long bay and then Ninh and Binh. The staff went out of their way to accomodate some of the additional requests we had and then checked in with us along the way to make sure everything was going well. Could not recommend more!!   We're a family of 5, and even though we were born in Saigon and can speak Vietnamese, we didn't want to deal with the logistics of visiting Ninh Binh from Hanoi. Lily's Travel took care of all the details, so we could just focus on the fun. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. We learned a great deal. In general, it was an awesome experience.

  Our family had an amazing experience with Lily's Travel during our Vietnam trip. Right from the planning stage, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. A special thanks to *Trucy*, who helped us plan our itinerary. One of the best suggestions she gave us was to book our own flights and Vinpearl Resort hotel directly while letting Lily's Travel arrange the tours and private transfers. This advice helped us save a significant amount of money without compromising our travel experience. The itinerary was well planned and perfectly balanced with sightseeing, activities, and free time to relax. The airport transfers were punctual, the 4 Islands tour was one of the highlights of our trip, and all the arrangements for Sunset Town and VinWonders were seamless. A very special thanks to *Hany* for the outstanding support throughout our trip. Since we didn't speak Vietnamese, we occasionally faced communication challenges with local service providers. Whenever we had any concerns or needed help explaining something, Hany was just a WhatsApp message away. She would promptly call the local staff on our behalf, help translate, and ensure everything was resolved quickly. Having someone we could rely on like that gave us great peace of mind and made our trip much more comfortable. Overall, Lily's Travel made our family vacation stress-free and memorable. Their professionalism, honest advice, quick responses, and excellent customer support truly stood out. We highly recommend Lily's Travel to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam and would happily travel with them again in the future.

  We had an incredible experience booking our customized trip to Ninh Binh and the Incense Village! The agency tailored the itinerary and timing perfectly to fit our schedule and preferences.   Great organization, very kind and helpful people. They allowed us to use the company's headquarters for the logistics of our large team. They also helped with things that were not their responsibility at all. I warmly recommend this wonderful team to everyone! We will be back next year!

  Weather was very hot still We enjoyed our trip with Lily's.We had good experience with the advisor in planning the whole trip.
