  Stuart, our guide none better. He went beyond our exceptions and was a Hugh help in getting our luggage which didn’t make our connection. In addition his knowledge of tours was great. As they say priceless.

  STJUARY Stuart was our guide and he was excellent!!!! He catered to our every need. Taking pictures, giving us a history of the area and even helping us retrieve our luggage. We can not say enough about the experience he provided it made the day enjoyable.

  This was This was a bucket list experience you were able to get. I was picked up at my Airbnb. The communication was great. They contacted you two days in advance to confirm and often sent a reminder, usually the day before, with details like the exact pickup location, especially since it was a BnB with different areas. They can come pick you up, and after that, you'll see where the hot air balloon is being prepared. You get some tea and warm drinks. You do the hot air balloon ride, which is beautiful. Everyone usually comes back, drinks champagne, eats breakfast, and then they take you back to your house. It’s amazing.

  This was on my bucket list. This is a dream. They gave us a good breakfast at the end, and champagne at the end. The Driver was communicative and came on time. The company itself made sure they wrote me weeks in advance to set up the time and the location, and then they confirmed 2-3 days before, and overall everything was just amazing. They picked us up from our BnB. Highly recommend. They even took photos of us and made a video of it all.

  Had a wonderful experience, the service was very quick and convenient, loved how organised it was. Stuart was on time, had an extra hand when it came to taking pictures so less worries about that part. Will definitely be coming back !

  This was the second time we’ve been on a hot air balloon and this time did not disappoint! The staff was friendly, the food was great and our captain Flip was amazing! On top of that our tour guide Stuart was awesome! We added onto our day and he didn’t hesitate to say yes! We truly appreciated him spending the day with us! He provided pictures and a video that were amazing!

  This was an awesome experience! Stuart was superb and I would recommend to use his company, The Tourist, for any tour! The food and staff for breakfast afterwards was great as well. Our captain, Flip, was super knowledgeable and funny! I would highly recommend this tour and would do it again!

  Stuart was a very wonderful host. Stuart was a safe driver . He tended to our request for adding a side trip. He helped schedule the tour for 6 people. I think he is a model host and driver for others to be measured by.
