  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I attended this cooking class on my birthday whilst visiting Thailand with my two children, and it was such a memorable experience. From start to finish, the team were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We learned how to make several authentic Thai dishes, including Pad Thai and chicken fried rice, and everything was explained clearly and at a pace that was easy to follow. The ingredients were fresh, and it was fascinating to learn about the flavours and techniques that make Thai cuisine so special. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the warm atmosphere and the opportunity to cook and then enjoy the dishes we had created ourselves. It felt very authentic and was a wonderful way to experience Thai culture. Thank you for helping make my birthday so special. I would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Thailand and looking for a fun, hands-on experience and delicious food!

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at this cooking class and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable culinary experience. The day started with a visit to a local market, which was one of the highlights of the experience. It was fascinating to walk through the market, learn about the local ingredients, and select fresh produce and spices that would later be used in the cooking class. This gave me a much deeper appreciation for the dishes I was preparing and made the experience feel truly authentic. One thing I particularly loved was the flexibility to choose the dish I wanted to cook. Rather than following a fixed menu, I was able to select something that matched my interests and tastes, making the class feel much more personal and engaging. The atmosphere throughout the class was relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable. There was no pressure at all, and everything was explained at a comfortable pace, making it suitable for both beginners and more experienced home cooks. A special thank you goes to Apple, who was an outstanding instructor. Apple was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, providing all the guidance and instructions needed. Every step was explained clearly which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a fun, educational, and memorable experience from start to finish. Thank you, Apple and team, for such a wonderful day. I would gladly do this class again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and rewarding cooking experience.

  We had the cooking class to ourselves so we had a one on one lesson with Apple who was a fantastic teacher. Her explanations were clear and thorough. No cooking experience necessary. The tour through the market was fun and informative. I loved being introduced to new food products I had never cooked with before. The utensils used and cooking area were of high quality. The choices of recipes were varied and eating your food at the end was delightful. I don’t know how a full class would be able to sample everyone’s food as we sure didn’t need dinner that night. I would recommend Apples classes to anyone wanting to try Thai cooking.

  A great day from being collected at our hotel in Kao Lak to going to the local market to buy ingredients and then to Apple’s kitchen in the beautiful countryside. Apple is enthusiastic and fun. The food was great to cook and delicious!

  Absolutely fantastic. Apple was wonderful and showed us so much. It was great fun with a great group of people and we learned so much. We have all the recipes, and Apple has sent us more by email. I would definetly do it again, well worth doing.

  We had a great time cooking with Apple. She is so friendly and personable. We made a number of dishes in the time we had and the visit to the market was a highlight. This was really great experience and we thank Apple for showing us an amazing time! Definitely recommend if you are visiting Khao Lak 😊

  Apple was a fantastic teacher. Communication prior to the class was clear and concise. The morning began by visiting a local market to collect produce before heading to Apples kitchen to recreate dishes pre selection from a wide range of options. Everyone helps to prepare each dish and then we took turns to cook our selected dishes whilst others look on so they also know how to make all the dishes prepared.
