予約確定後、サービスの最終的な詳細について調整するため、お客様に速やかにご連絡いたします。空港でのお迎えの場合は、お客様のお名前が書かれた横断幕を持ってお待ちしております。また、お客様のご到着までのフライトの遅延につきましては、弊社が責任を持って対応いたします。その後、お客様のご指定の住所へ配送いたします。宿泊施設が車両でアクセスできない場所にある場合は、可能な限り最寄りの場所までお届けし、必要に応じて受付に連絡して到着日時を調整いたします。フェズ市内での送迎については、宿泊施設の場所に応じて2つのオプションをご用意しています。新市街では、車両がアクセス可能な場合、送迎場所は常にホテルのフロントとなります。旧市街（メディナ）では、上記のとおり、最寄りの集合場所（通常は正門付近）でピックアップが行われます。宿泊施設が上記エリア外にある場合は、直接玄関までお伺いします。ご安心ください。ご予約を確定して、私たちのきめ細やかなサービスをお楽しみください。

Just a buttery smooth experience. Rachid was our driver. He was not just punctual but 20 minutes early and was super flexible, as we were running 15 minutes later than our pickup time. It was a smooth journey, and he made it very comfortable.

Buttery smooth transfer and hassle free. After a 3 hour flight nice to know someone is waiting there and helps with your bags. Really went above and beyond and would recommend. The car was spacious
