  Carlos was our tour guide, he is amazing very knowledgeable, friendly easy to talk to, simply amazing. The driver Cesar 5 stars. Tulum is very interesting, very lucky that my husband and I got the chance to swin and see the turtles in Akumal, the Cenote was beautiful. The tickets were not too expensive. It took a whole day but very worth it. It was not to crowded making it even better.

  Ocean Tours provided a wonderful tour of the Tulum ruins, Akmal Bay (swimming with turtles) and cave cenote swim. Our guide Darely, driver Manuel and photographer Lilu were all excellent, but Darely was extra special with her fun personality and knowledge of Tulum. Pickup at the Playa Del Carmen ferry terminal was simple and easy. The ruins and all of the iguanas at Tulum were very cool. The only problem, which Ocean Tours can do nothin about, is the large amount of sea grass (sargassum) building up on the beach below the Tulum ruins and in Akumal Bay. The dying sea grass made the visibility very difficult in Akumal Bay and very difficult to see the sea turtles. The guides did a very good job finding the turtles for us, but they were hard to see in the brown murk. The large underground cave cenote was the highlight of the day. The water was cool (wet suit jacket highly recommended if you get cold in the water) and crystal clear. The rock formations in the cave were amazing and the whole cenote cave was stunningly beautiful. We got very lucky as a lot of the company's tours go to this cenote (I believe only Ocean Tours can visit this Cenote), but we felt like we were the only tour in the cenote when we were inside. The taco lunch on site afterwards was very good. One recommendation for travelers doing a private tour, if you do not think you will want to buy the photo package (about $200) at the end of the tour and do not want your tour to constantly involve posing for the photographer's group pictures, ask Ocean Tours not to send a photographer on your tour. If you say nothing and book a private tour, Ocean Tours will send a photographer and will try and sell you the photo package at the end of the tour. I would highly recommend this tour (even with the Sargassum grass) and company. We used them twice on our trip, and they were great each time.

  A super entertaining and fun tour. Good food, good guides, and good vibes. Our guides, Rubén and Maxi, are geniuses; it is clear that they love their work and enjoy it. Beautiful photos at a good price and a great guide for each stop we made. Highly recommended!

  We did the Tulum+Cenote + Turtles in Akumal excursion and we are thrilled. Kévin and his team (Maxi and Sergio) are top-notch! Kévin is cheerful and really friendly! He will gladly answer all your questions! Very considerate, he makes his family feel very comfortable from day one! Great moment and definitely a great memory!

  The tour was well organized. Our guide explained and narrated a lot. Both the ruins in Tulum, snorkeling with the turtles, and swimming in the cenote were very beautiful and a great experience.

  An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The visit to the ruins of Tulum, swimming with the turtles in Akumal, and discovering the Yum Balam cenote will remain among the most beautiful memories of our trip. A huge thank you to Kevin, our guide, who made this day even more special. You can immediately feel his passion for his job: his explanations were fascinating, rich in anecdotes and information, and he shared with us many valuable tips and tricks to fully enjoy the region. A big thank you also to Estefania, our photographer, who wonderfully captured all these magical moments. Thanks to her, we leave with beautiful memories that we will cherish for a long time. The organization was perfect, the atmosphere friendly, and each activity was exceptional. If you are still hesitating to book this excursion, hesitate no more!
