5.00My son rented a snowboard and I rented skis from Black Tie Rentals in Lionshead. Every single staff member was pleasant and helpful. It was a total boutique experience unlike the usual rental businesses where you get passed from one station to the next. My son and I both were fitted with perfect equipment choices, and the entire rental and return process was seamless. We will definitely return and would recommend Black Tie to anyone looking for a great rental experience.

5.00This was the first year my family used Black Tie Ski Rental...we'll never stand in line at those crowded ski rental shops again! Black Tie made renting ski's so easy, I wish I would have known about them years ago! The staff is very friendly and helpful and their equipment is great! I wouldn't have changed a thing!

5.00Excellent!!!!! Fast, efficient, easy! They brought everything to our lodge, fitted everyone, put equipment in condo ski lockers and picked up everything at the end of the week. Doesn't get any better or easier than that! This was not the first time we used them and it wont be the last!

5.006 of our group rented skis through Black Tie. It was very convenient to have the service come to us with available options. In 2 cases, the length and style weren't what was desired, and BT brought back skis that same evening. My husband switched skis after the 2nd day; again, BT came to our condo. Drop-off was as simple as leaving the skis and poles in the hall outside our condo. My only complaint is that BT did not label my replacement skis with my name which makes it easier to find and hopefully deters someone taking skis by mistake. (That happened to 1 of us this trip.)

5.00We have used Black Tie 3 times and and each time was great. Just imagine arriving at your condo after a long travel day and instead of having to face the crowd at a ski rental location, someone just brings them to you! That is what Black tie does! We let them know what we would need and they delivered. They also pick them up at your convenience when you are finished. We had to change sizes on one pair of boots and they had extras in their van and took care of it immediately. The equipment was top notch and they even had an option for heated boots. I highly recommend this company.

5.00Experienced ski parents and first time kids (girls 9 & 10) went very well. Traffic from Denver to Beaver Creek (3hrs total travel time) created a delay in our arrival and Black Tie adjusted smoothly. The two person team met us at the rental and proceeded to fit us promptly. Very nice gear including heated boots. Absolutely no complaints.
