• You cannot miss trying rafting

  During a stay in Val di Sole, together with friends, we did the rafting activity on the Noce River; the activity was simply splendid. A heartfelt thank you to Simon, our instructor, who gave us very useful advice and even saved us from a fall into the river; it is truly an experience to recommend and try. We tried the family one, but I can assure you that you will have a lot of fun anyway.

  The overall experience was fantastic. The instructors, especially our Nicolas, were very knowledgeable and attentive, and I am fully satisfied. The rafting was exciting and never dangerous, a beautiful adventure. However, I chose your facility after seeing the location in Dimaro, and let's not kid ourselves, what you call a changing room in Caldes is something scandalous. A central room with 2 benches, a single accessible toilet, and 3 open showers, only one mirror in the toilet, no outlet for a hairdryer. Have you ever seen the changing rooms of sports centers? This has been a tremendous disappointment for what one pays. Moreover, the day before yesterday, in the midst of the Tyrolean festival, we had to kindly ask some local ladies who were chatting inside to go elsewhere because that was the changing room, and they did not want to move... speechless.

  Great experience, nice and fun trip, also suitable for small children and very nice and kind staff. It starts with the guide who explains to everyone how to dress properly and then, before getting on the boat you do a briefing with everyone to explain how to behave and then the guide that is assigned to each boat checks that the equipment is mounted well by all members of the boat, after which we start with the adventure.

  Experience that I wanted to do for a long time and then booked “family” descent, to ensure a not too reckless approach, since it is for me the first time. The guys in the center, in the long preparation for the descent, were overall kind and also nice and here, for me, the beauty ended... Transferred by bus to the starting point of the rafts, we made contact with our instructor / guide (Luca) immediately showed not at all welcoming, nervous and abrupt manners. Getting on the dinghy, the descent was immediately a nightmare as we were overwhelmed with commands given in a brusque and pretentious tone, appealed as incapable and even asked “who taught us” to act in that way! Needless to say, we were all immediately nervous, the dinghy ran aground on several occasions in the boulders present on the route and we also risked capsizing; Events that, as passengers, we had certainly taken into account before leaving but, at the same time, also not having to face them with a “guide” who never gave us security and control of the situation. For me bad experience. (Last but not least: photos taken by “someone” during the descent, if you want them, you have to pay another 15 euros...).

  Rafting on August 15 with family and friends. Beautiful experience, suitable for everyone, super professional instructors but who put you at ease, starting from the initial briefing and ending with final greetings. Thanks in particular to Luca who coordinated us on our dinghy, making us have fun like crazy, and thanks to the "boss bosses" Ajeje, for friends Vic, who even with the joke always ready, showed us all his professionalism while transmitting security. Definitely to be repeated... Andrea and Anna
