  Alana organised an exceptional tour of Shanghai for me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience on my very first visit to China. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Her English was excellent, and she was incredibly focused on making the trip enjoyable and tailored to my interests. The itinerary—including the tower visit, night river cruise, and market tour—was perfectly planned and executed. Judy, the tour guide, truly made the experience unforgettable. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout. It felt like the entire tour was carefully shaped around my needs, which made it all the more special. The driver also deserves recognition—professional, attentive, and deserving of 5 stars. Overall, the warmth, kindness, and welcome I received in Shanghai made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend Alana and her team to anyone visiting the city.

  It was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations. Our guide, snow, was very professional and helpful, and made it an excellent day. The boat experience was very nice and the dinner experience was amazing. Highly recommended.

  Kalvin was an excellent guide. He is a walking encyclopedia of information for everything Shanghai, and could answer every one of our questions with confidence. He was so kind to my family (he even took my youngest to the restroom during lunch!), and we felt very taken care of in his hands. Highly recommended, and we would definitely book with him and Alana Tour again!

  Con was an excellent guide, taking us to all the major sites while making the experience relatable. She was great and patient with our 9yr old and helped us with negotiations in shopping as well.   I had one of the most amazing experiences in my life ! I booked this private tour as a present gift for my best friend and also for myself ! I always dreamt to see the Shanghai Tower ! Thanks to Alana and Xin ( our tour guide ) the stay in Shanghai was just perfect! Xin is a lovely guide who speaks a very very good English and she is such a lovely and welcoming person! She made all the efforts in order for us to feel happy and she succeeded! We had a private driver who was very punctual and professional! I would recommend this team to everyone for the most amazing experience here in Shanghai

  We were very lucky and privileged to take this tour on Chinese New Year. Jane looked after us superbly, adjusting the itinerary to help us get a real taste of Shanghai amongst the mayhem and a bit of rain. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to bustling old town Shanghai and Jane led us through the crowd covering a lot of ground. We made the call to avoid the lines at Shanghai Tower which disappeared into the mist anyway and we went to the Jade Buddha temple instead. Jane gave us a very in depth explanation of every aspect. We were driven to the French Concession and enjoyed a picturesque walk through before we were driven to an amazing Shanghai dinner!! Finally we were dropped off at the ferry terminal which we would never get through without Janes help… the river cruise was spectacular and the VIP tickets with oolong tea and snacks made the experience even more special. We bid Jane farewell and rode back to our hotel in our luxury vehicle. What a way to introduce ourselves to the vibrancy of beautiful Shanghai!!!

  Was a pleasure. Perfectly organized. Absolute recommendation. Thanks to our guide Snow, she is very helpful and knowledgeable.The food we eat for dinner is very tasty. we visit a lot of nice place. The car is very comfortable. Highly recommend!
