1.00Unions (Fabi, First Cisl, Fisac Cgil, Uilca, Unisin) report that, despite the reinstatement rulings, the bank has sometimes used tools such as "detachments" and "network contracts" with new companies to keep workers outside the direct perimeter of BNL, causing further appeals, as described in the news from First Cisl. It is important to inform consumers and potential future clients about BNL: the public must be aware of the behavior of this credit institution... if it behaves this way with employees, just imagine what could happen to clients... dishonesty, bad faith, and misleading procedures abound.
