5.00Great experience, maybe a little pricey per person but that’s expected at MOA. Very involved puzzles that feel satisfying to solve. Everything was relevant to the puzzle in some way, and the only red herrings we found were issues in the actual construction (a plaque having a single loose screw, for example) which didn’t detract from our experience since our guide stopped us before we broke anything

5.00We're in town for a volleyball tournament that starts tomorrow and were looking for something fun to do at Mall of America. The Heist room was the perfect choice! The room was incredibly well-designed, with a great variety of puzzles that kept everyone engaged and working together. The challenges were just difficult enough to be exciting without becoming frustrating. We were thrilled to complete the Heist room with 14 minutes left on the clock! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and did a great job creating an immersive experience from the moment we arrived. Whether you're visiting Mall of America, traveling with family, or looking for a fun group activity, this escape room is absolutely worth your time. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back to try another room on a future trip.
