  The content of the tour was fine. Nice historical highlights of Vienna old town.Our complaint was that it was supposed to be a door to door pick up and drop off, but due to circumstances they had no control over, the pick up point was changed to a point over 25 min. Walk away and when I asked for a closer pick up point I got no response from the tour provider and then at the end of the tour they wanted to drop us over 1 km away from our hotel and we had to insist on a closer drop off point. We didn't expect high quality prosecco, but what we got was absolutely aweful! I didn't feel the driver was very knowledgeable outside of his set narrative. Overall I would not do this tour again.

  Our Guide was amazing! So friendly and personable. Extremely knowledgeable. Took his time with explaining detail in the sights we were seeing. If you have only time for one tour, absolutely take this one! Due to mobility constraints we were able to see so much more that would ever have been possible.

  Enjoyed the ride and tour. Weather was perfect. Our driver/guide was very nice. We had a little trouble understanding him at times but his English was rather good. A memorable experience and having just arrived, it helped us plan our itinerary for the next day.

  This is a great way to get a quick overview (1hr) of parts of the old city and the Ringstrasse , particularly if the weather is nice (blankets provided) . Less traffic at night , so makes it easier to get around . We did not indulge in the Prosecco , but it’s there for the taking . The electric “antique” cart moves slowly enough to take in the sights which are all well lit at night . Our driver was very helpful and nice , despite his English just being ok .

• Highly recommend. Don’t visit Vienna without doing this

  Excellent tour of Vienna. Highly recommend. Although it was cold wee were given blankets and the car was very comfortable. We didn’t drink much of the Prosecco though as it was so cold and car is a bit of a bumpy ride through cobbled streets so don’t recommend paying extra for the drink. Guide spoke perfect English and was very friendly and knowledgeable

  Great concept but not executed well at all. The driver was 30 minutes late with no communication to us, no Prosecco and there was a significant language barrier. I would not recommend until operators get their act together. The electric old time car was nice but not worth it for the lack of organization.

  The tour guide was very nice, but we were expecting a convertible and got a low roof, so we couldn’t see much. We couldn’t hear anything over the street/traffic noise and the driver spoke very softly. We also drove past the same sites multiple times and couldn’t stop or even PAUSE for pictures. It’s my fault for not researching all we’d see, but save your money. Better off walking.

  I did this tour and really enjoyed it. You see a lot of the city in a short period. The driver was knowledgeable and took a good route. Well worth the money. Really fun.
