Song was an outstanding tour guide who made our Seoul trip unforgettable. Warm, knowledgeable, and energetic, she perfectly handled our day trip to Nami Island — sharing great stories, finding the best photo spots, and avoiding crowds. In Seoul, she introduced us to the best local food at authentic hidden gems we’d never have discovered on our own! Song truly made our trip unforgettable!

Song, our host, was excellent, magnificent and all that! We enjoyed being with her the whole day, touring Nami Island, Rail Park & Garden of Morning Calm! Her people skills are very good!
Although it rained we still managed to see the Garden of Morning calm,Nami island, and do Rail cars

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRIVATE TOUR WAS EXCELLENT!! OUR TOUR AGENT MR JONES WAS SUPERB! PICK US UP ON TIME AT OUR HOTEL AND BRING US TO ALL THE BEAUTIFUL MEMORABLE PLACES. WE DID TOLD HIM THAT WE ALREADY GO TO NAMI ISLAND 2 DAYS AGO AND HE GAVE US AN OPTION TO GO TO RAILBIKE/TRAIN INSTEAD OF GOING TO NAMI ISLAND AGAIN. HE HELP US TO SEARCH FOR HALAL FOOD AND BRING US TO HAVE OUR HALAL LUNCH AT GAPYEONG. WE WANTED TO SEE SNOW, WATERFALL AND STREAMS AND OMG HE BRING US THERE! SUCH A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE. HE ALSO HELPED ME TO TAKE PICTURES WITH HIS MOBILE TOO WHEN I AM BUSY DOING FACEBOOK LIVE WITH MY OWN MOBILE. WE TOOK A LOTS OF PICTURES AND WE REALLY ENJOY OUR TRIP AND EXPERIENCE IN KOREA. Activity packed. Full day of fun. The Light Festival was truly magnificent. Great way to cap the night. Our Guide was great.

Had a wonderful time visit the different places on this tour. The puppet shows at Petite France was real-like and funny. Scenery on Nami Island was beautiful and romantic. Had good fun snow sledging since we could ski. The Lights Festival garden was beautiful and energizing. In addition, we also had a wonderful tour guide, Charlie, who make sure we did not miss any of the highlights, at each location; making this trip fun and memorable.

We spent a day doing 5 activities in Seoul which was an awesome day! Our tour leader Charlie is just excellent. No matter it is before, during or after the tour, Charlie took care of our group with great attention to details. The tour was lovely and all locations were well researched. We had a lovely day and will use their services again.
