  Great tour! We couldn’t have asked for more. Pick up everyday at our hotel, on time, welcoming - just perfect. Took us for drop off to shop, shared experiences, where to shop, etc. Able to share restaurants to try - all were exceptional, something for everyone. Very caring, helped in/out, cooled vans ahead of rides; they certainly went the extra step. Fantastic job Theo and team.

  ★★★★★ Outstanding Experience with Theo and Exceptional Tours Greece Our group of 11 spent three incredible days exploring Athens with Theo and Exceptional Tours Greece, and I can confidently say it was one of the best private tour experiences we have ever had. From the initial planning process through the final drop-off, every detail was flawlessly coordinated. Traveling with a large family group can be challenging, but Theo made everything effortless. The luxury Mercedes vans were comfortable and immaculate, the drivers were professional and punctual, and the entire itinerary was perfectly organized. Over three days, we experienced the very best of Athens. We visited iconic sites including the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Ancient Agora, Temple of Hephaestus, National Archaeological Museum, Panathenaic Stadium, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Syntagma Square, Lycabettus Hill, the Roman Agora, Monastiraki, Plaka, and the beautiful neighborhood of Anafiotika. By the end of our visit, we felt we had not only seen Athens but truly experienced it.   Meteora is an unforgettable and beautiful place! But getting there is long and tricky. Exceptional Tours made the whole experience carefree. The experienced, kind, and knowledgeable drivers drove our family to Meteora, discussed relevant Greek history during the 3-plus hour drive from Athens, and were quick to respond to any needs along the way. With their extensive experience, the exceptional tours team directed us to the best sites and to an excellent friendly restaurant for lunch. We were able to focus on the adventure and wonder of the place. I would highly recommend this great company for tours around Athens.

  Trip to Meteora was fantastic. The van was very comfortable for 6 of us, and we appreciated the provided cold water. Our driver Spiros was personable, informative and accommodating. He not only gave us much history of the stops we made, but was great at giving tips for the rest of our trip, and selected a restaurant for lunch that we all enjoyed.

  This is an amazing affordable private tour. It went well above our expectations. Theo went above and beyond to make this day happen. We were picked up in front of our hotel and had a relaxing comfortable ride to Delphi. Our driver Spryos was friendly and had a lot of great information to share. After our visit to the Delphi archeological site, we had lunch recommended by Spryos. Great views and food. I would definitely recommend this tour and would do it again myself when back in Athens.

  While on vacation with my family and friends Spyros was our driver for the day and he made the experience so much better. In the morning he picked us up right in front of where we were staying without any delay, once we were in the car he let us know that there were waters in the car for us as well as a briefing on what the plans were for the day and the time that each task would be done by, it was super easy to do the Delphi tour since he organized it all beforehand and the only things we had to pay separately for was tickets to the oracle of Delphi museum and our lunch, after our tour he had arranged a lunch for everyone that was all local sourced handmade food which was phenomenal. Even during the drive he was very informative about what we were doing as well as suggestions once we told him where else we were going during our trip, he also gave us a choice for a brake in the middle if we weren’t used to long drives and was very lenient when we were a bit late to one of our timing.

  Private tour with seniors is the best thing you can give your seniors and yourself. This review is all due to Mr. Theodore. From the moment he picked us up at our hotel and how he engaged with my parents I knew our second day in Greece was going to be as wonderful as our first. Theodore’s communication skills and ease of conversation made it feel as if we were talking with family. His manner and way of speaking and historical knowledge of Ancient Greece and present Greece was easy to follow and understand. The kindness and patience he had with my father and mother was gentle and felt heard. Among various places we went to The Acropolis was especially strenuous for my senior parents and though he couldn’t guide us throughout, his direction and know how aided the experience. We didn’t stay long as the heat and the reflection from the sun onto the marble is was truly exhausting. Constant communication and care. On our way down from The Acropolis , my father noticed a man playing his guitar and I knew he’d need a moment but my mother had reached her walking limit. Mr. Theodore met me where we were and took my mother to the van so she could relax while I stayed with my father a little longer. There were many moments of care and attention . True we are paying for a service but your guide makes the experience one to remember or one you’d rather not do again. Our last stop was the Acropolis Museum and we were excited to go through its levels. But my father was feeling tired with bouts of sharpness in his chest - my octogenarian said he was fine that he didn’t think it was a stroke he was just exhausted but I informed Theodore and he was ready to take him to a hospital but after much: “I’m ok. I’m ok” from my father we decided to not continue through the museum and head back to the hotel. It took me a few days to write this review as I wanted to express my deepest gratitude as we were blessed to have been paired with Theodore for that day. Mr. Theodore gifted my Dad a little book of Greece and after our ordeal at the Museum: we returned to the hotel, he took a light nap, went up to the pool area and read the entire book front to back to relax and requested to return to the restaurant Theo took us to eat (we went the next day). If we’re afforded the opportunity to return to Athens and visit others sites - we’d 100% request a tour with Mr. Theodore. Efcharistó.
