  Tommy and Nadim were amazing teachers. We had such a great time making 4 different pastas and dessert. Our 3 teens had fun and got a lot of the experience. Our final products were so delicious. I would highly recommend coming.

  Excellent cooking experience. We had two families and were joined by two more families. We made 3 pastas and a light dessert. The meal was fabulous.

  We had an amazing family experience! While not everyone in our family cooks, it was a great way to bond and learn new skills. The facility is beautiful, located on the river, and thoughtfully decorated. Our instructor was easy to connect with and made sure we understood how to make and cook dishes as planned. The icing on the cake was sitting down and enjoying our work and can’t wait to make these recipes at home. Our family agreed this was one of the highlights of our visit to Rome.

  Great course, Vittoria was very organized, clear in her communications/explanations and definitely knows her stuff. The lessons included both pasta & sauces as well as dessert. Great value, great facility - definitely recommend!

  Our family did a cooking class here in March 2026, and it was hands-down the best decision we made. From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic, thanks largely to Chef Roy. It is rare to find an activity that keeps everyone engaged, but Roy managed to make the class collaborative, fun, and high-energy throughout. The biggest testament to the experience? Our teenagers—who can be tough critics—declared this the absolute best part of our entire trip. The food we prepared was delicious, but the lasting memories Roy helped us create were the real takeaway. We cannot recommend this company enough, and if you have the choice, specifically request Roy. You won't regret it!

  It was fantastic! Our chef and host was Francesco and was amazing! So much fun making the food and then we got to eat an amazing meal. Might be the best night of what was already an awesome trip.
