5.00This was our second time using this tour company when debarking from a cruise in Barcelona. It's the ultimate convenience, and makes the most of the few hours you may have in the city before departing. I was in contact with the driver/guide (Carlos) as we arrived in port, and he met us with a sign right outside the cruise luggage collection. They have a set tour that hits all the Barcelona highlights, which is what we did on our first trip, and which is an excellent overview. This time we had prebooked the Guell park (which as an aside definitely requires pre-booking -- you can't just show up on the day and hope to get in, as we learned on our first trip), so Carlos modified the tour itinerary to accommodate stopping at the park and other places we wanted to see this time around. The van is large, pleasant, and secure -- we felt comfortable leaving all our luggage in it whenever we left it to tour (Carlos usually remained in the van). Carlos himself was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and spoke excellent English. Our first guide was equally excellent. If we're lucky enough to take another cruise that stops or ends at Barcelona, we will definitely book this company again. Thank you!

5.00Our driver Carlos was very accommodating and helpful. He made sure we were able to accomplish what we wanted to do with the limited time we had. He brought us to a great restaurant (Salamanca) by the beach and the port where we had an excellent paella before taking us to the cruise port just in time to embark.

5.00This tour goes to all the major sights in Barcelona. Our driver was very nice and knowledgeable and our guide Mirea was extremely good! Her English is excellent and her knowledge is deep. We customized the tour on the spot because we had seen some of the highlights on a previous day. Both Mirea and our driver were flexible. We highly recommend this tour.

5.00Thank you for this service. Yandry our driver was on time, in a nice large vehicle, he was knowledgeable, flexible on our tour, and delivered everyone where they needed to go. He delivered us to our Hotel, other friends to the Airport, and others back to the ship terminal. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this service.

5.00Our driver Carlos was very helpful in giving us the tour we were wanting. We were being picked up from the cruise terminal and needed to be dropped off near the airport. It was nice to just take a leisurely private tour of the town and visited a number of places that he let us get out for a few minutes and see without having to wait for an entire bus-load of people.

4.00Positive experience overall. The guide, Anna was knowledgeable and kept us engaged most of the time. We requested her to take us to places where we are capture a lot of memories through our lenses but most of the places we went to were just blah. They were nice places but weren’t too exciting. We have traveled to so many countries and have seen so many amazing places that our expectations are very high, which honestly were not fully met during the tour. That said, it was overall a good tour. Anna took us to all the places we wanted to see and some. Anna at one point thought I was going to jaywalk, which I found annoying. And we felt a bit rushed at the end, even though we had plenty of time remaining. Other than that, the driver was really nice and professional.

5.00Our guide was great. We literally went right in to the security line with the skip the line. The information he provided, the places he took us, were all outstanding. If you go in the afternoon and the sun is out, which it was, the colors from the light through the stained glass were amazing. A must see that is unlike anything else in the world.
Excellent service from friendly and informative staff. We enjoyed our 3 hour tour of Barcelona. Highly recommended!
