  We had a great experience with Erik. We went with rented E-bikes on tour to see bears. Erik organized all and was really helpful in preparing. We met at 5am and started our tour. It was great, the beautiful calm nature. And we saw a female bear and her three cubs. It was amazing. Erik filmed it for us and sent the film after the tour to us. We also saw deers. It was so impressing. Erik told us a lot about bears and Tatra. We learned a lot and had fun. At the end of the trip we visited a beautiful waterfall. Finally we finished in a restaurant for coffee and cake. Thanks a lot for the trip and all the organisation! Marco and Myschka

• Tour with kids in incredible nature environment.

  I had the experience to make the tour with my family, husband and two kids. We learned a lot with Erik, the landscape was incredible beautiful and the atmosphere as well. Even with the bad weather, we enjoyed it very much and the kids could follow the group without problems. It was almost the last day of the season and unfortunately, the bears were shy this day. Even so, we had a great time in nature and it surely worth.

  I had a fantastic bear watching hike in October with Adventoura Slovakia. Erik is an amazing guide, so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful We were very fortunate to spot two beautiful bears on our hike but just being out walking in the valley is fantastic as it is so stunning. We even had snow. Would highly recommend this hike.

  We did a fantastic day trip with Eric in September. Eric is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is also very entertaining and passionate about the wildlife and the outdoors. We could not recommend his tour more highly and would have no hesitation in doing another trek with him.

  Erik was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable, friendly and just a good all round guy. He gave us a full day out in the mountains and we were lucky to see at least 4 bears, and three cubs. Get booked up - you won't be disappointed 😄

  I really enjoyed the experience. I did the tour to see bears and the truth was amazing. The road is beautiful, and you make stops to look for bears. It was a very nice experience; I could see 8 bears; also the photographic record that the guide makes is spectacular. Recommended.

  Great trip in a beautiful area! Eric, our guide, enthusiastically explained many things about bears along the way. At the top in a beautiful valley Eric spotted a bear and we stayed around for a while just observing it. Along the way spotted some red deer too. One of the best trips we ever had!

  Great morning with Eric in Slovakia finding bears. It took us a while to find them but we ended up seeing two adult bears and watched them for an hour or so. It was a great experience and Eric was brilliant telling us all about the bears and was good at finding them. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

  Awesome. The walk was beautiful. We saw evidence of bears with hair stuck to trees they had been scratching against, and then saw a mother and two cubs. We also saw a number of beautiful deer and Chamois. Martin was really knowledgable and worked tirelessly to help us see some bears. Very happy.

  An excellent activity to do in the high tatras. We were due to go a day earlier but the weather was bad so was rescheduled. Erik picked us up from our hotel in Strbske pleso and after a short drive we parked up and headed up the trail into the forest. Very quickly we saw a brown bear just off the trail. Crouching down we watched the bear clawing a fallen tree long enough to get some video before it took off into the forest. We walked on into the valley and beyond with Erik giving us all the information on the bears and answering all our questions. Erik was just great, engaging with the adults and the youngsters and getting us all scanning the valley and hillsides for bears. Everyone loved it!
