  Before I get into details I should say our trip was more than excellent!!! Our tour operator/driver/sometime guide, Alek provided us with anything we requested. The 22 days we spent in the Balkans was seamless. There was never a problem. Four of our friends, my wife and myself along with Alek travelled throughout Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Montenegro. The sites were incredible. Alek provided us with transportation and accommodation second to none. When Alek wasn't guiding us he had contracted local guides who were knowledgeable and entertaining. About Alek. He was not only professional, he was knowledgeable about the history and the present situation in the Balkans. Ask him a question, he knew the answer. Our tour of the Balkans was great. Alek and his team excelled in every way possible. All of us left the Balkans with the feeling that Alek was not only our tour operator but was our FRIEND.   First, how can a person go wrong in such a beautiful country? Second, an excellent guide will bring the country and its history to life, and that is what Mario did for us. The company helped us design the trip that would be most interesting to us, recommended hotels in our price range, provided an excellent guide in Mario and arranged private tour guides in places he wasn’t an expert. One in our party is gluten free, and they made sure all menus had GF options. We felt having a private guide added so much to this experience, as we got to know him over our days together, and we enjoyed having his knowledgable, good-humored and consistent presence.   Stop searching for travel agents and hire Limitless Balkan. I have traveled extensively and have never experienced a trip as fabulous and well planned as the one Aleksandr created for me and my husband on our first trip to Croatia. Aleks takes all of your likes and all of your preferences and he turns them into the perfect itinerary. My husband and I wanted to take a 19 day trip to Croatia and if we had to plan it on our own it would’ve taken us months. Instead, we contacted Aleks in July for a September departure and he was extremely responsive. He put together an entire itinerary in less than one week including all hotels, transfers, tours, and unique experiences. He called us and we spoke on the phone, and he also spoke to us via WhatsApp. He was so receptive to all of our feedback and preferences. Little did we know that the planning was the least of his skills, and that when we met up in person, he would provide the most personalized and special experience that we have ever had on a trip. You can tell that he loves Croatia and he shares his knowledge with you freely. typically when we travel, we see the highlights and we get a cursory understanding of the local area. But with Aleks, we were able to develop a deep love and understanding of not only the tourist sites, but also the history and the multifaceted culture of the country. His personal relationships with vendors, hotels, restaurants and tour guides are what take things over the top from good to fantastic. This is not something that you could do on the Internet on your own, or with a big commercial agency. Aleks is the secret ingredient. He went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was taken care of, he was the person who showed up at the airport. He was the person who drove us all around the country. He was even the person who showed up when we had to get bags off of a speedboat and onto a dock on the island of korcula. He had called ahead and found that the hotel that we were checking into wasn’t able to provide a baggage assistance, so he was the one who walked our 80 pound plus bags up a steep hill to reach our hotel room. He woke up at 4 AM to leave his own home and meet us at the dock. literally any speedbump or problem that you might run into he was able to handle with the quickness. Having a local operator who understands all of the ins and outs and the cultural nuances is priceless and he makes himself available 24/7 to ensure that you have a perfect trip. That’s just the kind of person that he is. He is extremely caring. He is detail oriented, and he has pride in his business. If only the whole world was full of Aleks' things would be in a much better place. This has been the most amazing trip that we have ever taken as a couple. He gave us culinary experiences, interesting hikes history, and made us fall in love with Croatia. He also gave us the inside track into all of the little nooks and crannies that you could never find if you were planning your own vacation. His pricing is fair, especially when you consider the personal touches that he adds to the experience. For example, every day that he picked us up in his car there was always cold water waiting for us, and he would also find special local drinks for us to try. It was so fun every time he would show up because we didn’t know what kind of surprise he would have. Aleks changed our vacation from a trip to a once in a lifetime experience. I wish that he could come with us to every country to make sure that we had the same kind of joy and education and memory-making. • Limitless Balkan Tours Best in Croatia for Private Car and Tours

  Aleksandar and Limitless Balkan Tours is the one stop shop for everything Croatia---I can't say enough good things about these folks. I started off wanting a private driver/car to get from Zagreb to Split so that we could visit Lake Plitvice (one of the 7 natural wonders of the world). I chose LBT because they were so detailed in their responses, so specific, and so responsive. Then I started making inquiries...could they get us from Split to Dubrovnik...could we stop in Mostar on the way to Dubrovnik and get a tour there...could he recommend a beach club on a private island when we visit Hvar...and on and on and on. Aleksandar did it all. It would have been so much better and so much easier to start with LBT and simply work with them on the entire itinerary at the start---because that's what ended up happening anyway! Now a word about the service. Every driver/car came with a private tour guide for every stop. This white glove 5 star service catered to our every need. We had the basic plan of what we were doing and the cost and then we had massive flexibility to do what we now understood to be the exact right plan because we were in country and seeing and doing. This is why you want a private tour! The cost ended up being just a little more than renting a car plus tips for the guides and drivers---so worth it! We have traveled the world and so we know good guides---executing on delivering super high quality service on the day and then staying 2 steps ahead of you on the next leg of your journey so everything goes smoothly. Thats LBT in a nutshell.

  We booked Limitless Balkan for a 9 day trip for a family of 7 to visit the Dalmatian coast. If you want to make everything right when booking a Croatia trip, book with Alex. Alex was wonderful to work with prior to and during the trip. He truly cares about his clients wishes and spends significant time over video chat to craft a tailored trip offering great advice from a local perspective, unlike many of the larger competitors. Alex was our driver for the first half of the trip and was punctual, conversational, and flexible. All of the city tour guides he arranged were people he personally knew and it made all the difference. Every staff and guide we met was incredibly nice and accomodating. Once we went to the islands of Hvar and Korcula, while we didn’t have Alex as a driver, we never felt alone. He was so detail oriented and checked in often, answering any question we had within minutes. If we were scheduled to arrive somewhere at 5pm, we’d receive a text at 4:45pm with the name of our next contact and a picture of what to look for. The attention to detail was incredible. We highly recommend Limitless Balkan and hope to return in the future.

  My 10-day private journey through Croatia just ended, and it was a wonderful experience. As a solo female traveler I wanted to experience the most, so I am incredibly grateful that I have found Limitless Balkan. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely professional and promptly responded to all of my inquiries. My tour leader & driver, Alex, went above and beyond to make sure my vacation would be one I would never forget. In addition to taking me to some of Croatia's most breathtaking locations, Alex was also able to make a few last-minute arrangements to suit my preferences. I was overjoyed to get the chance to indulge in my hobbies in the nation's capital and also enjoy the opportunity to eat like a local. Being able to fully immerse myself in Croatian culture and daily life was what really made the entire trip outstanding. I made friends everywhere I went and experienced some of the most thrilling, amusing, and breathtaking things I've ever seen. Kudos to other guides as well, Ivana in Dubrovnik, Bojan in Montenegro and Frank in Split. I can't express my gratitude to Alex enough for his superb service and for being such a wonderful person.   Recently my parents, friend and I went on tour of Croatia using this company. It was recommended by a friend. It was a 9 day trip (29th October 2022 till 06th November 2022) starting from Zagreb, Varazdin &Trakoscan tour, Istria, Plitvice lakes,Sibenik, Split, Trogir, Montenegro and Dubrovnik. The boss, Mr Aleksandar, provided us a Mercedes VClass Avantgarde and a great driver during our tour. The itinerary was great, not too hectic. The hotels were centrally located and near to restaurants and all the happening places. We could easily walk around these places even late at night and it was very safe. The tour guides provided at every city were very knowledgeable and gave us interesting facts about the places. Thank you for the awesome tour guides Ivana,Mirjana Frane, Tihomir and Bojan. Mr Kruno, our driver, during the 9 days tour, was a great driver always punctual with a warm smile. My dad admired his patient and careful driving skills. Mr Aleksandar kept track of our journey and always enquired about our situations. He even recommended some good traditional food at the restaurant called Peka in Dubrovnik, which we are grateful for, and Mr Krunor took us there even though it was after his working hours. The whole tour was awesome, without any hitch, and it was beyond our expectation. Everything was superb and no words can describe the beautiful places that we visited, fascinating natural scenery of the sea, mountains, historical places and buildings. We never knew Croatia was such a beautiful country. We highly recommend to all our friends out there to use this company .   We traveled Croatia from north to south. 3 couples over 9 days. My companions had spent 5 days prior seeing Slovenia, Lake Bled, and the Plitvice Lakes. Aleksandar arranged the entire customized trip according to our preferences. He picked great local guides, highlights not to be missed, restaurants, hikes, etc. He is kind, professional, engaging, and with a great sense of humor and nationalistic pride.   Arrived in Dubrovnik, Croatia on July 3rd & will fly from Zagreb on July 16th, a long & complex trip (Dubrovnik, Kotor, Perast, Korcula, Hvar, Vis, Split, Trogir, Sibenik, Kornati, Plitvice, Rovinj, Zagreb…) with our children (teens & twenties). We will be taking home lots of precious memories! Each hotel, each tour, day trips - whether tour of historical towns or visit to national parks & even dinner/ lunches at restaurants have been experiences which will be etched in our minds forever. We soaked up Croatian culture, swam in the Adriatic, had amazing meals in gorgeous locations- everything was flawless because of Aleksander, his knowledge & his dedicated team. He genuinely cares abt people, wants their experience of Croatia to be beautiful & has become like family to us.
