What To Expect
ブダペスト中心部にあるウェルカムスタジオで、ハンガリーで最も愛されている甘いお菓子の1つであるクルトスカラツの芸術をご覧ください。 伝統的な煙突ケーキを一から作る体験型ワークショップです。 ホストは煙突ケーキの歴史と伝統から始まり、その後明確なデモンストレーションを行います。 生地を用意して短冊状に丸め、木の紡錘に巻き付けてケーキの特徴であるくぼみを作ります。 形を整えた後、砂糖で磨いたケーキを回転グリルに置き、カラメル状にして黄金色に仕上げます。 トッピングはシナモンシュガー、バニラ、ココア、クルミなどから選べます。 グリルから温めたクルトスカラッツを堪能するのもよし、甘いお土産に持って行くのもよし。 修了証は最後にもお渡しします。 料理が好きな方、家族で旅行中の方、ハンガリーの定番デザートを試してみたい方、このインタラクティブなワークショップは旅の思い出に残るものになること間違いなしです。

5.00This was one of our favourite activities that we did whilst we were visiting Budapest. Our guide, Nina, was superb teaching us exactly step by step how to put together our chimney cake, and then helping us cook it and prepare it, before we ate it! Refreshments were on offer throughout and the opportunity to take pictures both during the process and with our finished products. I would highly recommend this activity.
