  It was canceled because of "weather", but it was beautiful and I ended up going with another group!! The notice came out in the middle of the night, so I still woke up early and got ready.

  Very nice Experience for the first time in Paddle. Visit several ancient ruins and beautiful coves where it is possible to swim. John is a good teacher, he has all the right techniques to do well on a paddle even for your first time, I recommend.

  Good option for stand up paddle boarding and an opportunity to visit one stunning calanque and swim there. I took my young teenage daughter and she was able to manage it well but was definitely tired towards the end. So definitely respect the recommended suitable age guide. You need to be able to carry a paddle board too for a short distance before and after the lesson. I ended up carrying two back to the meeting point! A few secrets to stand up paddle boarding were given at the start and if I kept focusing on these, I was okay. Jack gave the right nudge to get me to stand up when I lost my nerve. I was able to keep going on the calmer parts but also just kneeled or sat as I felt comfortable doing so. Coming into the calanque on a paddle board (and standing up) was honestly so breathtakingly beautiful. It really was the highlight for me as well as the swimming time in the same location. Sometimes the instructions of what we needed to do were not totally clear. Sorry Jack, didn’t mean to frustrate you. I would have liked to know just a little bit of information about the area we visited. I don’t need a history lesson but I had to look up the name of the area we visited for example. Be aware the meeting point on the ticket was not 100 per cent accurate but I followed the link given directly by Jack. Overall a good option from Cassis.

  We had a fantastic experience Stand Up Paddle boarding in the Calanques National Park with Cassis. The tour was very well organized and our guide was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable, no matter their level of experience. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and we really appreciated the thoughtful approach to both safety and the environment. Highly recommended!
