  We did a private transfer from Tuscany to Monterosso Al Mare. Leonardo was professional and knowledgeable. He reached out before our trip to confirm our location and arrived right in time. He was a wealth of knowledge. He parked in Monterosso and walked with us to our hotel through the ZTL zone to make sure we got there which we appreciated very much.   The tour was magnificent! I will recommend to everyone visiting Florence to take some time away from the fast paced city to breathe in the cool coastal air and take in the pictureske village view. Leonardo was a perfect gentleman, and excellent driver. I did not even notice he was driving a standard until the end of the day! I recommend requesting him as your guide.

  Belitaly Tours was perfect for our day trip to Cinque Terre. Beki was punctual, knowledgeable and a great resource for my mother and I while we visited Florence. Beki gave us tips and recommendations. He also called ahead to a restaurant and made the reservation for us so when we got to Cinque Terre we would have lunch with the best views of the Mediterranean! I highly recommend Belitaly Tours.

  Our absolute favorite part of the trip - Beki was WONDERFUL, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We only had 1 day in Cinque Terre and he gave us recommendations on how to maximize what we got to see and experience while there. He was very professional and the car was extremely clean and comfortable. 100% recommend hiring Beki for private transportation or excursion!

  The sea was choppy, so our guide Beki gave us some options that would keep us safe, still use our entire time, and let us see more of Tuscany. We chose to modify our tour a bit, and it was a perfect decision. Beki was an amazing guide. We couldn’t have had anyone better! We are so grateful for his knowledge, his humor, his impeccable English, and his spot-on recommendations.
