5.00While the hotel staff was friendly, the property is in need of a significant renovation. The rooms, especially, could use a fresh coat of paint and the bathrooms felt a bit cramped, particularly for larger individuals. The staff may appear less than enthusiastic, but I suspect it's due to the type of clientele. There are plenty of pools, but beach access is limited with most sun loungers already reserved. The entertainment was decent, with Marvin being a standout. Overall, a mixed bag.

5.00The housekeeping dept did an excellent job. Mr Susanta and Mr Subrat P were very helpful and efficient. The room stood out daily for its cleanliness .
