  Today’s DMZ tour was without a doubt one of the most powerful and memorable experiences I’ve had in South Korea. From the very first moment, our tour guide set the tone with an incredible depth of knowledge, warmth, and genuine passion for sharing the story of this divided peninsula. Every explanation was thoughtful, engaging, and perfectly balanced between historical context and personal storytelling — truly world-class guiding. The highlight for many of us was descending into the Third Infiltration Tunnel — a surreal and spine-tingling experience that makes history feel immediately real and tangible. Walking through the narrow, dimly lit passage carved by North Korean hands, you can’t help but reflect on the tension and complexity that still defines this region today. The Dora Observatory offered a breathtaking and sobering glimpse into North Korea — standing at the edge of two worlds and peering through binoculars at a landscape frozen in time is something words can barely describe. The silence up there speaks volumes. What truly elevated this tour, though, was the guide’s extraordinary ability to bring every location to life with context, nuance, and humanity. Never preachy, always insightful — this is exactly the kind of experience that stays with you long after you’ve returned home. If you’re visiting South Korea and want a deeper understanding of its history, its people, and the hope for reunification, this tour is an absolute must. Highly, highly recommended!

  I wanted to do the DMZ tour for so long and today was the day. I had a blast! My tour guide, Sophia, was the best!! Couldn't wish for a better one. She was funny, explained everything and had answers for all of my questions. Atmosphere was really good. We had a good weather so even tho it's winter, it was pretty sunny and I could see everything very nicely. The crowd sice wasn't even that big, we didn't need to wait anywhere really but Sophia told me it's not always like that. The admission fee was fine I would say, not expensive. If you are thinking about doing this tour, you should definitely go for it and choose Sophia as your guide, I think you will have the best time ever!

  Everything was fine until we were joined with another group, we were taken in 2 different vans and in the end we were touched by other people not tidy, they would not let the guide speak and sometimes took time to return to the bus. Eventually I felt like we were being rushed because we were late in time. And they let us travel very little, the time felt was very little in each place. The very friendly Grace guide tried to answer everything and do things the best she could even with the bad weather.

  Fantastic guide and tour was well organized, prompt, professional and informative. I would recommend it. Pickup was at 6:30 from the hotel and was completed by 2:30 as advertised.

  The tour was very informative. The tour guide was eager to share the knowledge and was patient along the way. It felt as a personalized experience as one can get. Eunice was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable about asking anything. Thank you for the experience and we’ll recommend you to our friends and family.

  This was a great tour. Overall we really enjoyed our tour and listening and learning from our guide Sue. She's very knowledgeable. After being dropped off and before being picked up by the bus I would have liked to have known about going around the building to see the Freedom bridge and the train. The tunnel and DMZ viewing theater was definitely interesting and had plenty of time there. I did not like being brought to the amethyst store at the end. There's no need for that. And one more thing...there was a lot of confusion in the morning being picked up. Several of us have to wait about 30 min. longer than we were told. Real time updates would have been nice.
