  My wife and I had a great experience. The sights were stunning and Max provided interesting commentary on history and nature. The lunch was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Max and Gabriel have wonderful personalities and gave us confidence with their experience professionalism.

  Spent a fabulous afternoon with Max on board his RIB. The trip included visiting the caves, a closer look at the cliff rock formation and then on to Alvor for lunch. Max’s knowledge of local history, his superb boat handling skills whilst entering the caves and his overall companionship made the trip a wonderful experience. A definite must for anyone staying in and around the Lagos area. Well done Max and I can’t wait to repeat the experience next time I’m there.

  “Amazing” is insufficient to describe our day! Max and Andreia greeted our private group of 14 and shared details of the day then took us on an unforgettable journey over the next 6 hours. The incredible scenery was second only to the care, adventure, treats and fun provided by Max and Andreia. The communication before, and after was exceptional as well.   A unique experience. Beautiful places, especially the caves and the sunset seen from the boat. A picture that will stay in your memory. Lunch in the village of Faro with friends and the company of Max, who, in addition to being a sailor, makes the trip even more exciting and enjoyable.

  The boat tour was simply great. The meeting point was easy to find, the guide was punctual. We were warmly welcomed and well instructed. Max was able to tell a lot about the caves and then also about the fishing village and the circumstances throughout the tour. The catering with picnic baskets, drinks, and lunch on the boat left nothing to be desired; the offerings were very diverse and generous. The tour with Max was simply fantastic and unforgettable; thank you, Max, for the many wonderful impressions and your easygoing and humorous nature.

  The boat tour was amazing and Max as the captain was the best. Went to many caves, stopped for lunch and tour of a town. Max was so much fun and provided great details of the area. Also his playlist was perfect. Highly recommend Max and you will have a fantastic day!!

  Captain Max was professional, courteous and inviting from the second he met us on the dock. He worked quickly to repeat and use each name of the couples in our party and seemed intentional in including each person during the tour, using our individual names to address us. His knowledge of the sites on and near the water was easy to understand and presented confidently. He made a stop for lunch, recommended a fantastic restaurant and even walked us around the center of the city before departing back to the “home” dock. His boat driving skills were smooth and intentional, caring for our needs (not splashing unless we asked for it … LOL). I would recommend Max to anyone!

  Our private boat trip with Max was the highlight of our trip to Portugal. From the time of booking to meeting at the boat, communication was great. Max even sent us a link to parking the day before our trip - every step was seamless. The coastline was breathtaking! The cliffs, the caves, and the crystal clear water were even better than we expected. Max provided the perfect picnic onboard including wines, soft drinks, fresh fruit, and gourmet snacks.
