  During a cruise stop in Jeju Island, I arranged a tour and met our guide, Clover, at the cruise terminal for a fantastic day. We visited several unforgettable places. Clover provided an outstanding tour, showcasing a variety of memorable sites. Even though it was raining most of the day, Clover made the best of the circumstances. Clover was an extraordinarily knowledgeable and attentive guide who catered to our interests. We plan to return to Jeju next October and look forward to booking another tour with this company, hopefully with Clover as our guide again.

  Three reasons why we rate this tour 5 stars: First- Our tour guide-and-driver Ms Ji Young was very organized- she checked if our hotel info was correct, arrived prior the pickup time, sent revised itineraries each time we wanted to check the feasibility of the places we wanted to go to, and knew which restaurants or coffee shops to visit (she brought us to local restau’s that are not touristy or overpriced). She also helped call locations such as shops to help check their closing hrs so we can enjoy shopping longer. She is knowledgeable on where to go based on what you look for, not just what is popular. Second, she takes really nice photos. She can also use a DSLR camera :) Third, and this is what I feel is an impt quality from tour guides but not everyone has it- is that she is flexible in managing the tour. Changes, a bit of overtime… she managed them well for us. The tour may not be the cheapest out there (we canvassed quite a lot and am sharing this for you to save time lol) but it did not give the possible headaches from other tour guides. Hence we chose this tour as some that we read has guides with less english proficiency or are not flexible. Lastly, on the topic of transportation- Ms Ji Young’s car is very clean. She also drives very safely and even brought some snow figurine maker toys so we can enjoy our snow experience better.

  Jeyoung was our wonderful guide, and she showed us the most beautiful sites in South Jeju Island! We could never have done this alone. We learned history and geology and legends, and we soaked up the beauty that is Jeju Island! Thank you for a memorable (and active!) day!

  A+++! Ms. Go Ji Yeong was a great tour guide! Very flexible, knowledgeable, attentive, good communication, and English skills. She customized our tour to include all the UNESCO sites we wanted to see and added other stops for our interests. She personally guided us through the sites and we learned a lot about the history of Jeju Island, Korea, and so much more. Very comfortable van, and we enjoyed the conversations and sharing of music while we drove! A wonderful way to see the best of Jeju Island!

  We three ladies spent an enjoyable day with Charles as our driver/leader for a tour on the south side of the island.  Charles' English is excellent!  He was like a nice uncle, helpful, caring and attentive to our condition/needs, provided us good explanation and tips to enjoy the best bit of each place we went.  He also taught us few simple Korean phrases which are interesting and useful.  Thanks to his great choices, we had wonderful meals and tried the best local specialties (seafood hot pot and BBQ black pork) in a day, incl. a tasting of raw shellfish fresh from the water caught by the well-respected women divers!  Tour also suitable and adjustable for larger group or families with kids.  Pickup at hotel and drop off at hotel or place of your own choice.  Would definitely recommend for those who prefer private tour with more flexibility.
