5.00I just got back from a week long trip in Krakow. It’s was amazing. Karol provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He always picked us up promptly and always went out of his was to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. From airport pick up, all day trips to Auschwitz’s and Zakopane, to carrying luggage upstairs, Karol was there. You couldn’t ask for a better person. Will always use his services!

5.00Our once in a lifetime trip to Cracow and the surrounding countryside would have never gone so smoothly without our invaluable driver, Karol. His knowledge and understanding of the Polish culture and his ability to answer anything in three seconds flat was ASTOUNDING! Karol had a wonderful personality and really gave us insight into the countryside and what true Polish family life is like. His suggestions were TOP NOTCH and spot on!!! His offers to go above and beyond were so thoughtful and unselfish. We scheduled a marathon of a day and Karol easily navigated the whole experience from pick up to drop off. Five out of five stars HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
