  We had the most wonderful day with Laura. Her knowledge of the history of the city Chur and the town of Disentis where the Benedictine monastery is located was amazing. The lunch we had at Casa Cruna was great, the best liver I've ever had and my wife Pat had the veal schnitzel which was good. Laura took great care of my wife who has mobility issues. She made sure she had time to see the sites without being rushed. Laura has travelled the route many times and therefore was able to point out picturesque places before getting there, so you're able to snap pictures. We'd recommend using Laura as a guide when visiting Switzerland. It was well worth the price of the trip. Pat & Al B.

  I have been on many tours in my life in many different countries and the Glacier Express Tour we did with Laura was just incredible - it's now in my personal top two of best tours ever, sharing the No. 1 spot with a whale watching tour I did in Mexico a few years ago. Laura put together an absolutely amazing tour, everything was perfectly organized and went smoothly, the stops she chose for the tour were beautiful and there was just the perfect amount of time planned for the stops - we could make the most out of the day without it ever feeling rushed. One of the highlights of the day was spending time with Laura, who has an incredible sense of humour, warmth and kindness and entertained us with many fun facts and stories about Switzerland throughout the whole day. She was also genuinely interested to get to know us, answer questions and to cater to any individual needs. You can really tell that she is passionate about what she does and that makes all the difference in a tour guide! You can't go wrong by booking with Laura - you will get a unforgettable, well-organized tour with beautiful sceneries and an amazing, kind, funny and knowledgeable tour guide. We already booked our next tour ❤️

  We recently joined Laura on her Glacier Express tour, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable days our group of 20 has had together. From the very first moment, she handled the logistics of such a big group with effortless professionalism, but what really made the day special was everything beyond that. Laura is a fantastic storyteller. She shared facts and stories about Switzerland that even we, as locals, had never heard before, and she had a great sense for what our group was actually curious about. Her warmth and humor pulled everyone in, and within no time it felt like she had been part of our crew for years rather than a few hours. We laughed a lot, learned a lot, and have honestly not stopped talking about the trip since. We've already booked our next adventure with her, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone, locals and visitors alike, who wants to see Switzerland through fresh eyes and have a brilliant time doing it.   Laura is a fantastic tour guide who radiates enthusiasm for her job and is very knowledgeable about Switzerland and its beauties. She expertly organized the trip for our group has made sure all of our accomodations were taken care of. She's a wonderful character who will keep you entertained throughout and will leave you with a memorable experience to take home with you. It was great to have Laura as our tour guide and I can only recommend her further!

  Our tour guide the effervescent Laura was always on top of our chaotic group. We had a beautiful day with lots of scenic views and fun facts. The food was good too. A true delight 😊

  I had an amazing time on the tour. Laura is knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. The tour itself was beautiful, definitely recommended if you want a comfortable, comprehensive experience of Switzerland!

  The tour was beautiful!! This tour definitely was something special. The tour guide knew a lot about Switzerland and was kind and funny. Her planning was great and although we were with a big group, all the train transfers felt relaxed and seamless.

  We had a wonderful day on the glacier express tour with Laura (within a group of 20 people). Everything described on her website is very clear and representative for the day. The timing of everything was excellent and fluid. We didn’t feel rushed or bored. On top of that, Laura is a very cheerful and entertaining person with who you for sure won’t get bored. Highly recommended !!

  What an awesome trip with Hello Switzerland Tours! Our friends booked the day trip Glacier Express tour with Laura and we had so much fun. Throughout the tour Laura gave us fun facts, she was super knowledgable and should us the most beautiful areas in Swizterland. Each stop had a different highlight and the most spectacular views. The resturant she took us to had regional food that was good. The price was very resonable and included everything for the day. There were no big crowds and it felt like our own private journey throughout the alps. This trip is great for anyone who wants to see the beautiful scenic areas of Switzerland and does not require to much walking. Thank you Laura for a special day and for being so fun with our crazy group .
