What To Expect

グループパスタ/テイスティング体験では、ゲストは地元のチーズ、ワイン、エクストラバージンオリーブオイルを味わいながら他の人と出会い、その後パスタ作りを体験します。パスタが出来上がると、ゲストは美味しいパスタのプレートと、海の景色と新しい仲間と共にシェフの日替わりデザートをお楽しみいただけます。グループパスタ/テイスティング体験は、島での滞在時間が限られていたり、日帰りで島を訪れたりしている旅行者や、リラックスしながらもプロフェッショナルな雰囲気の中で他の人と会うことを好む、あらゆるレベルの熱心な料理人に最適です。シェフのデモンストレーションや、食材や料理の起源を洞察する良い会話の一面を持つ参加体験が含まれます。ゲストはデジタルレシピ、テイスティングノート、写真を持ち帰って、島を出たずっと後の体験を思い出せます！ Buon appetito!

Quite seriously, the absolute BEST hospitality I could have imagined. Holly & Gianluca are thoroughly LOVELY people and they operate their business from passion, heart and hard work. Every part of the class I attended was exceptionally professional yet down-to-earth, warm and friendly to a tee. Capri is a particular place. Riches are everywhere. But the true riches are in the sorts of experiences you wouldn't find anywhere else. There's only so much gourmet food and bars and beach clubs you can experience without wanting something more... something soulful. Michelangelo di Capri, the hosts Holly & Gianluca, the ethos and vision of home-growing food on an island that mostly outsources everything, the passion of the cooking and the DEVOURING of the food we made truly was a lifelong-memory kind of experience. I have come away from my Capri visit with new recipes under my belt, my very own ravioli cutter (!), beautiful, funny memories of learning to cook with Gianluca and a thorough appreciation for this very impressive family organisation. I would recommend very highly to anyone to visit these guys and support this family-run business and support your heart and soul when you go to Capri. Give yourself this experience and you will not regret it!

Brilliant hosts and a fantastic experience. Can't recommend enough! We made pasta from scratch, sampled beautiful wines and olive oils. Beautiful family run business with true passionate authenticity
