  I took this tour a few months ago but had a lot going on so sorry this is late John, but I think of it off and on because it was one of the best walking tours I’ve taken. What I remember most is the way you geared your talk to what I was interested in. You listened to me and gave information on things that I had pointed out or mentioned during the walk. La Jolla is so picturesque and has a great history. I would recommend this walk if you are in the area.

  It was great. Loved the history of the place. The tour was super informative and lots of fun. Would do again. The guide was very accommodating especially with picture taking.

  I had an amazing experience on this walking tour of La Jolla! Our tour guide, John, was incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. You could tell right away that he genuinely loves the area—John actually lives there, which made the tour feel super personal and authentic. He shared insights and stories that only a true local would know, and he even took us down hidden paths with stunning views that we never would have found on our own. It felt like we were discovering secret corners of La Jolla with a friend who knows all the best spots.   This tour was a great surprise! I was very interested getting some exercise and saw this tour as an opportunity for exercise and to gain insight to this amazing and historical area! Wow, was I surprised how insightful and informative this unexpected engagement was! Great Tour host, and a great chance to get outside in this beautiful town and scenic area to learn things I never knew about this area. What friendly natural environment with real wildlife encounters along the way! This was a great experience that was unexpected and one that I highly recommend and will be doing again my next time in town!

  John sure knows La Jolla, which is, IMO, the prettiest spot in the U.S. La Jolla is a must-see for anyone. Just don't pet the sea lions!

  I recently had the pleasure of taking a guided walking tour of La Jolla, California, and it was an absolute delight! This charming coastal neighborhood in San Diego did not disappoint. The tour took me along the stunning coastline, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding landscape. I was able to take in the sights and sounds of the sea lions,seals and picturesque views left me in awe.
