5.00From the minute I emailed Ricardo asking about tour options, I could tell this was going to be a great operation. He was responsive and was extremely helpful, not only with booking a tour on Isabela, but also with arranging tours on Santa Cruz and San Cristobal. Our guide for the Sierra Negra hike on Isabela, Natalie, was great--super knowledgeable and friendly. Likewise for Andres for our Las Grietas excursion and Boris for our El Junco Lake hike. Also, they have a hotel on Isabela that is superb as well--super clean and very nice. I highly recommend them.
