1.00Please don't book this activity. This tour operator doesn't exist and cant be contacted (their contact details dont connect to anything). As a result I didn't get to do the activity I paid for. Im currently waiting on a refund from Viator. Previous activities on Viator have been great, this one was a huge disappointment.

5.00It has been a magical experience! First, they came to pick us up from the hotel, Aji came to pick us up, she is lovely and very nice. The journey to the beginning of the volcano was quiet and safe with her. There, Yus, our guide, was waiting for us! Lucky to have matched him! He was very flexible when it came to climbing, made all the breaks we need, cared a lot about how we were... we are super grateful! And what to say about the arrival... awesome! You have to see it to understand! Also upstairs Yus was in charge of bringing us a rich breakfast to gather strength! We recommend 100% this experience if you come to Bali! (:

5.00Probably one of the best experiences of my life! The guide was absolutely incredible! I could not ask for a better guide! He was knowledgeable of the area and trails, helpful throughout the trek and was just such an awesome human being! This is the tour you need to do! I researched different tours for so long and I'm so glad I went with this one. You get a personal experience on your time and pace. You don't have to pay for breakfast at the top (which not a lot of the other tours included). We ended up doing the tour is great timing, so the guide suggested we take the extra time and explore more at the top. Look know further friends and this is your tour guide! Couple helpful tips: - bring a jacket/hoodie/towel blanket with you, cause the top is cold while you wait for the sun to rise :)

5.00It was unbelievable experience. So nice guide with deep knowledge of his work met us and we started our route full of adventures to the top of the volcano. Then we have enjoyed beautiful sunrise and had the super interesting excursion around the craters 🔥 Also I can’t no mention that our guide seems a professional photographer and he made a bunch of cool pics and videos for us!! Thank u so much once again guys

5.00Gede is an amazing guide, great photographer, very friendly and fun! He is very informative about Bali, volcanos and cultures. We enjoyed chatting with him while we walked up to the top of Mt. Batur. The route was not too difficult, if I can do it, anyone can do it too! Gede will give you morale support. Once we were at the top, he took care of finding the best spot for us to enjoy an amazing view with breakfast and hot drinks. He went above and beyond our greatest expectations - highest recommendation possible for him and his services!

5.00We started climbing straight from the hotel. The guide is caring and sympathetic, tried very hard, told many interesting things, took pictures. The program includes breakfast at the top. I felt safe and secure. We were constantly asked if everything was nice and comfortable. I recommend this guide for climbing
