5.00The tour was professionally organized and seamless. The tour guide, Mike was informative and friendly. My 2 cents - do the tower 14 loop first. The waiting time for the cable car is lower - 5 min. We had to wait for over an hour for the cable car to Tower 6.

He even sent us a voice note to say its getting hot up there don"t overdo it, and keep hydrated! Thank you so much it was a great tour would highly recommend!

5.00We had a great experience on this tour. The bus was punctual (although beware multiple people watching out for tourists at the meet up station, trying to book you on other tours) and comfortable. Our guides were friendly. We LOVED the buffet lunch at the travel center. We enjoyed shopping in the little area where the travel center was. We did the East option, with a ski lift up and toboggan down. It was really incredible. Be prepared for a very steep and uneven walk, bring water, and take breaks! We had a little trouble finding the bathrooms along the way, so be proactive about potty breaks.

5.00Our trip with MuBus was a fantastic experience! They gave us everything we needed to best see the Great Wall, yet gave us plenty of freedom to experience it at our own pace. Our guide Cici was incredibly nice and helpful providing us options in Mutianyu, as well as recommendations in Beijing for after. For the price, MuBus is well worth it!

5.00We had an amazing experience visiting the Great Wall of China, and a huge part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Mike! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire tour both informative and enjoyable. He shared fascinating insights about the history of the Great Wall and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. What really stood out was how helpful Mike was beyond the tour itself. He sent us adorable photos of the cats around the Great Wall (which we absolutely loved!) and took the time to share great recommendations for things to do in Beijing, as well as local restaurants to try. His tips helped make the rest of our trip even better.

5.00Jessica was an excellent tour guide and made me feel very welcome. Despite the fog, then the heavy rain, it was still a memorable trip to the Great Wall. Jessica explained the routes of the trip very well and even offered to switch my western route ticket for an eastern route ticket, as she expressed concern about the view. I appreciated this level of hospitality and care shown towards the people on the trip. The buffet Mubus offered with the tour package was decent; you're going to be really hungry after the climb, so I'd recommend getting it, though there's also other restaurants in the area. Overall, it was an excellent experience and very well worth the money.
