  Wonderful experience with Lucien! Very knowledgeable guide who knew all the scientific names for every little critter that we saw. The tour was private, and Lucien was extremely warm and welcoming from the get go, making it very enjoyable. Extremely educational too as Lucien could share lots of facts about everything that we saw, including the different types of flora too. Highlights included two civet cats, a green pit viper, many frogs and interesting insects like stick bugs and even a flower mantis! The walk was around 3 hours and was pretty relaxed as we could go at our own pace. Overall it was a great experience! Would strongly recommend!

  We had the best time on our nighttime jungle walk with Lucien. We followed a path through the natural park by the light of our head torches and you really feel close to nature with all the sights and sounds of the experience. Lucien has an uncanny ability of spotting animals in the dark that we definitely would have walked straight past! As he told us seeing some frogs is almost guaranteed but we also managed to see a ‘bonus’ 1m Blue Coral Snake, a Western Tarsier and a Slow Loris! This was so fun and completely unique, don’t miss out if you are a fan of nature and wildlife.

  Lucien our guide was great. His communication was clear informative and comprehensive. No need to think what to take on such an adventure. The walk to the frog pond was on a slight inclined concrete path that was easy to walk on. On the walk we saw a viper and several species of frogs(5) although more than a dozen frogs. We also saw a few micro bats, moths and a fleeting squirrel. Lucien was great at pointing out the frogs and was very patient whilst we took numerous photos and asked lots of questions. Highly recommend.

  Lucian was an incredibly attentive and professional guide. He showed us a wide variety of frogs, and we even spotted snakes and lizards. We were the last group to leave Kubah Park that day. Due to our mistake, we left our headlamps in the car, and Lucian kindly went back to the hotel to return them to us. He was extremely thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommended!

  This tour was fascinating. Lucian is so knowledgeable and passionate, and also friendly and easy going, so we learned a lot but also had fun. We spotted far more frogs than we expected to and even a couple of snakes! This was one of the most memorable parts of our time in Kuching. Thank you Lucian!

  We did a Froggy Night Adventure with Lucian - absolutely superb. We saw 10 different frog species as well as snakes, lizards, spiders, stick insects, and many other insects.   A great night exploring Kubah National Park with Lucian. Even though the weather wasn't all that pleasant, we saw 10 different species of frogs and toads, lots of insects and even 2 snakes. Lucian was an excellent guide and we would highly recommend this tour

  Do not miss this experience. The guide, Lucian, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and just great fun. We were able to spot many different animals and 11 frog species. We would have never been able to without Lucian. It is so exciting to be in the rainforest in the dark. With just our head lamps and torch light to be able to see something in the complete darkness. The sounds surrounding you while walking are absolutely beautiful. We also booked a Fairy Cave tour with Lucian as well, and he already impressed us there too with his knowledge and wit. So do try to reach out to him to see what other experiences he can offer, because he is an amazing guide.

  This is an excellent tour, a great way to spend an evening. We were a family of four with two boys aged 9 and 12. It's a gentle uphill for the first half but at a very easy pace. Lucian is a great guide, very knowledgeable of the local fauna and clearly very passionate about it. He's excellent at spotting the wildlife, we've got some photos with him pointing at the frogs and they're still hard to see - not sure how he found them originally while scanning the entire jungle! Kids had a great time. Thanks Lucian! Very memorable.
