1.00Went to agency (address they provided for pick up) 1 hour before tour to pick up tickets and agency was closed, waited at a neighboring coffee shop til 5min til tour meet up time. Got to meet up spot and no tour guide ever showed up or responded to my messages or text. Wasted my time, has to quickly figure out where to go and what to do to see the Pope speak, communication letting me know it was cancelled would have been nice.

5.00Excellent worth the rush at the beginning the guide is outstanding and knows exactly where to go you might think oh no we are at the back of queue but believe me it did not impede your seats she knows here stuff
