In addition to being very professional, Daniela was always kind, approachable, and attentive to the entire group. She explained every detail in a clear and entertaining manner, answered all our questions, and ensured that everyone enjoyed the experience to the fullest. 5.00Our day trip from Paris to Brussels and Bruges, Belgium was outstandingly organized and truly amazing from start to finish. Everything ran right on schedule, which made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. The bus was comfortable and had a bathroom onboard…comfortable, and we always felt completely safe with our driver, Héctor. A special thank you to our guides, Krysta and Luisa María, who were incredibly friendly, informative, organized, and worked so hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. We especially appreciated that there was both an English-speaking guide and a Spanish-speaking guide — such a thoughtful touch that made the trip feel welcoming and inclusive for everyone. The group size was also perfect — not too large and very manageable, which made moving between stops easy and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed every moment of the day and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris and wanting an easy, well-run day trip to Belgium.
